Questo bellissimo cottage sulla spiaggia completamente restaurato si trova nel cuore di Mission Beach, a pochi passi dall'oceano. Questo è un cottage sulla spiaggia molto bello, super confortevole, con tre camere da letto, un bagno, a soli 30 secondi a piedi dalla spiaggia.
C'è un ampio parcheggio qui - difficile da trovare a Mission Beach. Possiamo montare 3 auto o 1-2 SUV.
La zona giorno ha una splendida cucina completa che sfocia nella zona pranzo e nel soggiorno. La zona giorno ha un favoloso caminetto originale in mattoni, TV, DVD, stereo e internet ad alta velocità. Le portefinestre si aprono su un patio privato con un nuovissimo barbecue a gas tubolare, zona pranzo all'aperto e mobili da giardino nuovissimi.
C'è un re nel master, un doppio e due nella seconda camera da letto e un letto a rotelle nella terza camera da letto. C'è un breezeway di 3 piedi di doppie porte francesi per accedere alla terza camera da letto privata.
Ci sono 4 nuovi televisori a schermo piatto: un 32 'e 42' in ciascuna delle camere da letto e un 52 'nel soggiorno.
C'è una vera differenza tra una casa come questa e un condominio con pareti comuni - nessun passo sopra di te nel cuore della notte o voci che attraversano le pareti. E sì, c'è davvero una differenza con le nuovissime finestre a doppio vetro e le portefinestre.

We loved our stay at Mission Beach. This house was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was it was just steps away to the sand and waves. We will definitely recommend and stay here again.

The pics in the ad seemed to imply that the house was closer to the beach. It is actually on the main road. The walk to the beach is just a few mins.
The house is fine. The third bedroom is a shed/ garage. The only problem with that is having to go into the house to use the bathroom at night. That wouldn’t be an issue except the keys to the doors were very difficult to use. It often took multiple tries to open the doors.
The fan in the bathroom was very dirty.
When I contacted the owner about these issues he sent out a handyman. This person cleaned the fan vent cover. He tried to fix the door locks by spraying them with WD 40. This just left an oily residue on the keys which got on our hands whenever we used them.
The day before we left I walked to the front door (this door had been easier to open than the one closest to the 3rd bedroom). As I walked up to the door I tripped on a loose board in the step. I fell and injured my leg.
I sent an email to the owner regarding what happened. I included pics of the board that could be completely lifted off of the base, and a picture of the large bruise on my leg. I did not hear back from him.

Location was awesome! I went to San Diego as my sons date to the Marine Ball. My son loved the house and location and said he would not mind living in that home. The only complaint I have is that I did not feel that it was very clean. There were bulbs hanging out of the fans in the garage room, fire alarm was hanging down out of the ceiling, the silverware trey was not very clean and the freezer could have used a while down. Other than that my experience there was great! I would for sure recommend staying here!

The beach house was as advertised. We arrived to a clean house ready for us to settle in. I would say that the biggest perk was the proximity of the beach! Literally a 30 second walk. Staying with a family of 5 made this feature a hit! We loved staying here. Thank you David! We loved our stay!

The house was great, and in an incredible location. Lot's of great attractions nearby. We had a vehicle, but ended up walking everywhere. The rooms were great, kitchen was great, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean, in good order and worked well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

This location cannot be beat if you want to explore San Diego - from Mission Beach to Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Coronado and the San Diego Zoo. David, the property manager, is terrific. The place is convenient, clean and the check-in process is easy.

My husband, daughter, two grandchildren and I stayed at this place. Loved the location close to the beach.
Having a kitchen is very convenient because we cooked all of our meals there. Most of the supplies were sufficient for living. We did need aluminum foil and it was not supplied as well as more Tupperware would’ve been nice to store leftovers in. I would’ve liked more toilet paper. If you’re going to stay here, bring some.
Washer and dryer were very convenient although the dryer had some issues with the lint trap.
Beds were comfy with plenty of room. The master was very warm so, we had to leave the windows open and sleep with the fan on.
Sand toys could use updating. We brought our own beach chairs and boogie boards, although they had these items at the house.
Property manager was great and we will stay here again.

Simply awesome little spot with a huge driveway. On the skinny part of mission so the bay and ocean are SO close!
Super clean! Unbelievably comfortable beds and bedding.

Close to all the good stuff! Ice cream Shops, seafood, tacos, bars, etc…

The Home had all the amentities that we needed, the place was clean, all appliances worked, nice patio was equiped with BBQ and ample parking.Manager responded immediately I gave them 5 stars. Will be staying for two weeks next year

We had a lovely time staying in this beach house because everything is in walking distance. Like some others have mentioned, it is located next to a busy street so it can get loud on the weekends. Make sure to bring a white noise machine if you're a light sleeper! Besides that, the amenities were great. The shower has nice water pressure and it gets hot fast! The washer and dryer were also very convenient. Overall I would recommend this place if you want to be close to Mission Beach activities!

I knew that we wanted to stay close to the beach, and this was the perfect fit for our needs. The booking process online was very easy, and David got back to me quickly. It couldn't have been easier. Great little house with your own parking and so close to the beach. One of the rooms isn’t attached to the house, but otherwise everything was great. They even had sand toys. Definitely recommend!

Small, but we comfortably slept 6. 25 mins from the airport. 30 second walk to the beach/boardwalk. Short walk to many shops and cafes. Would stay here again if we come back to San Diego.

We really enjoyed our time here. We decided to go to the beach this year for New Years Eve, instead of going to the mountains. This was the perfect location... close to the beach (1/2 block), walking distance from so many shops and restaurants, and very clean and cozy. Our only drawbacks were loud traffic on the main street ( no one's fault, just couldnt sleep with windows open) and lack of seating options. (No eating area other than the counter or couch). No deal breaker, though! It is a great little getaway and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Thank you!

Sooooooo close to the beach! We parked in the oversized parking spot and didn’t use the car again! We walked to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and Belmont park. The beds are comfy. The 3rd bedroom is completely separate from the house- whoever stays in there gets the extra key to come into the main house to use the bathroom at night which is a bit odd but worked out fine for us. They have awesome sand toys and boogie boards and a hose right outside the door to rinse off the sand before you go inside. There’s no table to eat at inside but there is a little counter space and an outdoor table. We had an awesome time

Great location on Mission beach and less than a one minute walk to beach. Kids loved the beach toys. House has everything you would need for stay and the location was a perfect launch point to head to Legoland, Zoo, Sea World, Point Loma and downtown San Diego.

We could not have been happier. We were 94 steps to the sand! Our own big parking spot! Owner was very responsive when we had a question. Very well stocked with anything we needed. Even had a bunch of beach toys for our daughter. We would love to come back!
