Cozy Cape Cod cottage overlooking Jenkins Pond; with private beach & dock.
Singola storia Cape cottage con vista stagno bollitore. Il parabrezza e i parafanghi si affacciano sul ponte posteriore avvolgente che si affaccia sul laghetto. Pino nodoso originale, in tutto, dentro.
Le scale paesaggistiche conducono alla spiaggia privata di sabbia sullo stagno. Un bacino di legno consente l'accesso alla pesca e l'accesso alla barca. Lo stagno di Jenkins è noto per l'eccellente pesca, il nuoto e la navigazione (non di potenza). Lo stagno è lungo circa 1 miglio e largo 0, 1 miglio. Falmouth ha un ottimo centro, con negozi e ristoranti quant ma aggiornati. Il centro offre anche un facile accesso a Martha's Vineyard e Woods Hole Ferries. Falmouth vanta anche alcune eccellenti spiagge oceaniche, tra cui Old Silver Beach (probabilmente la migliore spiaggia del Capo) e Town Beach.
NOTA BENE: Dato il cottage è in una posizione turistica stagionale, tendiamo a evitare di prenotare i fine settimana in estate per soggiorni inferiori a 5 notti. Potremmo considerare soggiorni più brevi verso la tarda primavera, se disponibili.

This is our second time staying at Vic and Carmel property. We loved coming back and had a great time. The outdoor shower was a nice addition and the fireplace(my husbands favorite)was perfect for s’mores. The view is amazing and the kids enjoyed swimming, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Very quiet with friendly people. Can’t wait to come back again.

This is the first tie ever staying at this small house in Cape Cod and I was unsure of the trip, As I have never been to the Cape in my life. My friend assured me I would enjoy it. I have to say I did enjoy it. I was going to fish in the pond every day but we ended up doing so many thing's that I never got to fish the pond.
We did however get to take a dip as it was the hottest week Of the summer so far. The nice sand beach, Tubes, and floating raft made it the perfect place to hangout in the evening and cool off. After the dip a quick shower outside then retreat to the deck for some cocktails before bed. To be honest if I ever make it back to the Cape I would rent From Victor and His wife Again rather than stay anyplace else. I will throw this in on Behalf of the owner. I am a Firm Believer in Treat it as you Own it you self. So please clean up and take care it is the best way to enjoy a True Vacation Rental and ensure you have a place to stay on your next vacation.
