My trip was great.! But my stay here was not. The property manager, Filiberto, told me that he can have a taxi pick my family and I up from the airport to bring us to the condo free of charge (I have an email convo for proof) that was a lie. We ended up having to pay the taxi guy. I told Filiberto about it and he said there was a miss communication (no refund for what we payed the taxi). We went to go buy groceries to fill the fridge available at the condo during our stay only to find the fridge wasn’t working. When we called Filiberto he told us he would have someone up to check on it. No one ever stoped by to check on the fridge. ALL of our groceries went bad and no we didn’t get reimbursed for this either. I called the owner of the property and told her what was going on and she said she would give me a call back, she was going to talk to Filiberto. I never received a call back from her either. On the second to last day of our stay two guys stoped by to check the fridge and tell us that they needed to find one to replace it with since there was salt built up on the back of it and that’s why it wouldn’t work. We left without ever getting a fridge replacement. The property manager never answered our calls. We repeatedly called him to figure out what was going on and we never received a call back. Finally on the last day of our stay he still wouldn’t answer any phone calls so I messaged him asking where I could leave the key to the condo and I received a quick response back from him to just leave them on the counter. I really wish there would have been someone more responsible to manage. I do not recommend staying here with irresponsible people managing they have a huge lack of communication and only answer when convenient for them.

The condo was wonderful. It is a bit out of the way from the action but we loved it. The view is amazing. It was very quiet. People were very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back.

The view is mind boggling. Seriously, there are very few better ways to see all of Zihua and the surrounding area. Taking a dip in the pool is nice and relaxing, as is drinking wine on the terrace and watching the sun set. It really is the highest point on top of the hill - it's on the left side of the bay. It takes a bit to get up there so be prepared to bring food and drinks and enjoy your time up there. Tiffany and team are extremely accommodating. I cannot stress that enough. They were completely devoted to making sure we had the best possible trip.

Beautiful home, absolutely loved it!

This was a lovely apartment and we enjoyed our stay there. The view was truly exceptional, probably the best in Zihua; it was immaculate; and we loved the indoor-outdoor showers. Kitchen was fully equipped, wifi was fast, and having Netflix was a big plus. It is in a gated community, so we always felt safe. Andres and his other drivers got us where we needed to be and on time. The only downside to this condo was its distance from everything. We felt sort of cut off and isolated, and we had to call a taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere, the beach or town or dinner. Multiple trips per day added substantially to the cost. The property is very steep and hilly (don't recommend for small children as the pool is not closed off and it is hundreds of feet down). If we go back, we will probably stay somewhere closer to the town and beaches, but would recommend this unit if you are looking for privacy and relaxation.

The views are worth the price alone and the price is very reasonable for this amazing property. Nested at the highest point above Las Gatas, you will enjoy the best sunsets available. The condo is in perfect condition and has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. I was initially concerned with the distance to town and the terrain because we travel with my wife's parents.. This was a non-issue. The taxis arrived within 5-10 minutes (70 pesos to town currently = less than $4 in the US). There is a great elevator for anyone who needs one. My wife and I loved to walk/run around the hilly terrain. Great for exercise and viewing the different areas around Cerro Del Vigia. The security guards and taxi drivers were all wonderful. Lovely property overlooking the beaches and bay at Zihuatanejo. Travel from the airport to the Casa was seamless. A quick overview of the unit from the property manager along with a cold beer was a great welcome. You are in the highest point overlooking the bay about 3 miles from city center so taxis are a necessity. We were give a contact of a English speaking driver Andreas who was very accommodating to our every request. The beaches, weather, people, and food of Zihua are great we look forward to returning.

Everything was perfect...The initial meeting with the manager,the amenieties,and of course the incredible view.Will stay a long time as a special souvenir and a longing for a return trip

My wife and I have rented several very nice condos across Mexico and the Caribbean over the past 10 years and this one was by far the best. The view is incredible, the location perfect (people are super nice, many great restaurants to choose from and several beaches) and the owner Tiffany very helpful, patient and accommodating. I have never taken the time to write a review on anything, always telling myself I am too busy. But, we were blown away by this experience and trust you will be too. We plan to return some day with a couple of our adult kids as we know they will love it.

This property is well worth the money. Super nice and the views are incredible

From the minute we arrived with personal motorcycle escort and tour from the property manager to playing tennis on grass courts and visiting the property's private hilltop Cathedral, we felt like royalty. Plunge pool off the master bedroom is divine, but watch little kids carefully as it's hundreds of feet down. Doors open up completely to the deck with 180 degree views. Open air shower is amazing! Tiffany, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations of restaurants and activities and quick to answer any questions. Condo is luxurious and well stocked. Be prepared for occasional very short water pressure outages (condo is at the top of a hill), but this is a true paradise and slice of heaven. We will be back next year for sure! This was the second time my husband and I have visited Zihuatanejo. The first was for our honeymoon in 2008 and we swore we would come back. We decided to rent a condo because we were traveling with another couple this time. This was truly the most beautiful views I have ever seen in Zihua. Pictures do not do it justice. I would absolutely book this condo again. The homeowners and manager were very helpful and responded quickly to questions and requests. We were greeted by the manager on arrival who walked us through the property and the owners even arranged our airport transportation. The condo was clean, and stocked with necessities. It's Gorgeous, you won't be disappointed :) We will definitely rent this condo again next time we visit Zihuatanejo!

This place and our experience was so unique. I agree with all the other reviewers - including the fact the pictures don't do it justice. I will only add that this spacious condo property honestly boasts literally the BEST-in-town jaw-dropping - almost 360 degree - views. It is perched at the highest point atop a steep hill in a highly secure gated community on the south side of Zihua. This hillside is dotted with several high end boutique condos/hotels and restaurants perched cliff-side. The ones we explored had really unique upscale decor and again those views .... When we chose to walk to a couple of restaurants security guards even provided us portable lighting when we strolled past dark. I never felt safer. If you want more than your ultra-private, albeit small infinity plunge pool at the foot of your bed, you can just walk a short distance down the hill to a quaint boutique hotel with a large infinity pool and more of said ridiculously amazing views for all day use with the purchase of a meal poolside. A more rigorous walk is to Los Gatos Beach - a funky small local beach dotted with side-by-side Mex style cafes. I watched a local bring a net of oysters out of the water and I ate them tastefully presented 5 minutes later. From this beach, taking the always available little ferry boats across the bay to downtown Zihua is the best way to explore this cute fishing town with a talented music scene. The driver and property manager were very helpful and a phone call away. Thanks to our driver we explored a UNESCO World Heritage site and enjoyed other interesting spots off the beaten track south of Zihua that we otherwise would not have found wandering on our own. Ixtapa borders Zihuatenejo on the north side of town. It is a more typically touristy small Mexican city that we chose to avoid but it's a short drive away if you want more nightlife and shopping.

Beautiful home with amazing views located in one of the best communities in Zihuatanejo. This home is very spacious and has all the modern accommodations one wants. The owner and property manager are very accessible and accommodating. Excellent choice for you next vacation stay!

The accommodations exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do justice. The condo is very well appointed (5 star quality furnishings, comfortable bed, nice linens...). The view is even more impressive in person. I've been to Zihua several times and this condo is a good value for location, view and quality. While a bit removed from town, a $5-7 cab ride will get you anywhere in town. And, since this is a gated development, the staff is very accommodating. I will be planning a trip back to Zihua soon and hope to stay here again. I would highly recommend Tiffany's wonderful slice of paradise!

Our stay at Arriba De La Bahia was simply amazing! The villa was more than we expected as the pictures do not do the place justice! The view is amazing and the open air showers are spectacular. The villa is located on the top of the hill so your view of the bay and beaches could not be better! The guards at the front gate are extremely helpful with giving directions, or calling a cab to take you into town or down to the beaches. We found that there was always an English speaking guard that could assist us. The location also allows for great exercise if you opt to walk into town or to the beaches, which we did nearly every day. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for your stay and the washer and dryer is a great perk! The other wonderful thing about this villa is the management company and driver they recommend. The management company was so lovely and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. They were available to us either via email or phone no matter the time. Also the property management company recommended a driver to us that was English speaking and very helpful to us. He took us to get groceries and was available for whatever we needed. This was very helpful to us throughout our stay. Also, the villa is wonderfully maintained. Each morning someone was there sweeping the front porch. There was a pool attendant that also came nearly each day to clean the plunge pool. We had a spectacular time and are so happy we chose this location for our first stay in Zihuatanejo!
