Questa bellissima casa sull'isola presenta una pianta in stile resort. Ha un edificio principale con camera da letto principale, bagno privato (doppio lavandino), una camera da letto in stile loft, un secondo bagno, cucina completamente attrezzata, zona pranzo e soggiorno. Dall'altra parte del lanai (area piscina), troverete un altro buliding con la seconda camera matrimoniale e bagno privato.
Anche se le incantevoli spiagge e le attrazioni vicine sono una forte attrazione, potresti decidere di trascorrere il tuo tempo godendoti il comfort di questa casa accogliente. I suoi "soffitti alti e la sensazione di spaziosità, la rinfrescante piscina riscaldata cristallina e quasi ogni comfort della creatura ti metteranno a tuo agio e forse ti convinceranno a rimanere a casa per il giorno e considereranno il giorno successivo" una giornata in spiaggia ".
Perché Manasota Key?: Essendo del Rhode Island, lo stato dell'oceano, io e la mia famiglia abbiamo sviluppato la necessità di stare vicino all'acqua. Avevamo sentito parlare di Englewood attraverso un amico e abbiamo deciso di esaminare questo luogo che è stato descritto come "Vecchia Florida". L'idea di trovare un posto ideale per le vacanze e infine risiedere era allettante. Dopo una sola visita, sapevamo che quest'isola era ciò che stavamo cercando da anni. I bellissimi dintorni incontaminati e la gente molto amichevole hanno tutti contribuito alla nostra decisione di diventare residenti nel Golfo.
Non ci volle molto prima che trovassimo questa bella casa vicino alle acque del Golfo nel marzo del 2011. Questa casa ha la sensazione che deve essere vissuta per capire. Se una casa potesse avere un cuore e un'anima, vorresti che questa casa fosse la tua migliore amica. Spero che trovi il tempo di venire in acqua e rilassarti.

We vacationed at Nancy’s home the first two weeks in December. Home was well stocked with towels, kitchen, pool and beach needs. Nancy was wonderful and responsive leading up to and during our stay. It was perfect for two couples and each having common space as well as own bed with en-suite bath. Home is in perfect location, quiet neighborhood which we prefer and met all our needs! Thank you being a perfect host too!

This beach house was everything my family needed for a great vacation. The home is clean and very well appointed. The owner has seemingly thought of everything. I definitely recommend this listing.

Enjoyed our stay. Pool area was great - blocked any wind and was a perfect place to relax - in or out of the pool. Kitchen had everything needed to cook in if one chose to do so. Very short walk to the beach - found quite a few shark teeth right in that area and saw a few dolphins swim by. Met Nancy during our second week as she was dropping off brand new bikes for guests to use. Very quiet neighborhood while we were there for the 2 weeks. Nancy was very responsive and easy to work with.
Hoping to book again next year.

Absolutely LOVED that it was a 5 minute walk to the ocean!! Hubby and I spent most of our time there. Nancy was very sweet and communication with her was super easy. She responded immediately, WOW!!

We loved staying here. Very short walk to the beach and close to the restaurants and bars. The home was very clean and comfortable. The communication was great with the owners. We would love to come back and stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house and pool are clean and well maintained. Lots of extras- pool floats, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella. We loved the private pool. The neighborhood is quiet. Private beach access is just a few steps away. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. The host has thought of everything. Nancy is very helpful and responsive. We have stayed here twice and love the place. The owner is kind and responsive. We love the house and the location is hard to beat. Have been visiting Manasota Key for summer vacations for about 5 decades now and I have to say this is definitely one of the best places I've stayed.

We have been vacationing in Manesota key for 5 years. This was by far the BEST ever! The past 4 years we always stayed at the Wannabe inn but they sold after the hurricane in 2022, so this was our first vacation using a VRBO or anything like it, we were nerveous, but the App was very easy and the owner of the home Nancy was amazing!! She answered every email and phone call same day and was very kind and patient even if i asked questions twice! Her home is a perfect paradise for our family, rooms fit our family perfect and everything we needed was succinct! The pool was my favorite! I hope to revisit this VRBO dream home again!!!

This was our third trip to Manasota Key, and this property was by far the best one we havw stayed in. Just steps from the beach, private pool, fully stocked kitchen. Location is just as described in this listing, and the host's communication was excellent. Cant recommend this property enough.

This house was perfect for our family of 5: Big enough but still cozy, comfortable beds/accommodations, and it has an ideal pool area that is completely isolated from neighbors with abundant sun exposure for much of the day. Very clean, well-maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. There is a main house with an en suite queen bedroom and loft office with two twin beds, and then a one-bedroom guest house/king suite across the pool area. We were a little skeptical of the dual-house layout at first, but it turned out to be just fine, and actually adds to the charm of the property. Great location: a few minutes in the car to restaurants, and a few minutes’ walk to the beach, which is fairly quiet in this particular part of Manasota Key. Nancy was available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. (Great host!) We would absolutely stay here again.

Just steps away from a quiet beach. The house was nice, well maintained. The layout is different but worked for us, lots of space. There is a pool house also with a bedroom and bathroom. Main house has a living area with a loft and nice size kitchen. You so have to go through the bedroom or outside to get to the main bathroom. A bit of an issue only at night. 2 bathrooms in the main house. The main bed was very comfortable and everything was clean Everything you need to cook is there, laundry on sight. Beach chairs, pool toys, and such are available to use. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was great we paid to have it heated. Great communications with Nancy, was very responsive.
It is a great price for being so close to the beach. Wish I could share pictures! Already planning my trip back.

Nancy's house was wonderful as always. Unfortunately, our trip was severely shortened by the hurricane. I recommend purchasing trip insurance, we have never needed it so we did not. The two days we did get to spend there were lovely and our prayers have been and are still with the people of Florida for recovery. I don't know what damage the key received, but if all is well at this property and once Florida is ready for visitors again I highly recommend this rental.

Nancy was a great communicator. The house was clean and pool was nice if you paid the additional for heating. The loft had steep steps and my kids did not want to stay up there, so they stayed in the main house and my husband and I were across the pool in the other room. I didn’t love the separation, but my fault for not understanding the layout of the house. There were many keys and doors to worry about locking, which was not convenient. There was no soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and one roll of toilet paper, so remember to bring those. The walk to the beach was easy, and the mostly private beach was beautiful, as always on Manasota Key!

Somewhat odd floorplan takes a bit of getting used to, but this place has its own very private pool, which can be difficult to find on a property this close to the beach. Owner is easy to communicate with and house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Bikes, umbrellas, etc. provided for guests in garage. Overall a quality property for what we payed. I can't complain.

Of the different properties our family has stayed at through the VRBO app, this is our absolute favorite. Not enough positive things can be said about this home - quiet, comfortable, meticulously clean, extremely well stocked, and an all around fantastic location. The beach the home is up against is used only by the neighboring cottages and rentals, and only a handful of people are seen at the beach at a time. Grocery stores and several restaurants and other shops are a very short drive off of the island. The house itself is set up perfectly for two couples to have their own private space, making for a great family or friends trip. The house is also stocked with anything you could possibly need - dishes, cookware, utensils, pool toys, beach supplies, etc. Nancy was thoughtful enough to supply various toiletries that may have been forgotten during packing, a first I have encountered at any rental. Although we did not need to contact Nancy with any questions or concerns, based on the detailed check-in instructions and other reviewers I'm confident any issues would have been handled promptly. If you are searching for a quiet, relaxing trip to the beach look no further

My Favorite stay in 10 years!
We have been visiting Manasota Key area for 10 years. This was our favorite rental! Exceptionally clean, steps to private beach, fully stocked, very clean pool, quiet and excellent location. We will definitely return. Owners definitely knocked it out of the park on this one. They clearly take pride in their home and the needs of their renters. Thank you very much!

Hated to come home!
Nancy's property is beautiful. It was well equipped with everything we needed. the location was awesome. The only negative was the stairs. There was only handrail on wall and other side was open to living area with no rail. We had a 2 year old with us, he was never out of sight of an adult so there was no problem. The 2 master suites worked very well.
We would definiely stay here again.
