Great Location and Very Clean Condo upon arriving.
Beds are comfortable,
Newer Washer and Dryer that will get the clothes clean.
Plenty of clean good towels.
We were there 3 weeks and had no issues.
Hosts local and are awesome.

We enjoyed our stay!
Our only complaint was the group above us was very loud (like woke us up at all hours and sounded like they were remodeling any time they were there, even at all hours of night) we recognize the owner has no control over this. Luckily they were only there part of our 10 day stay.
The space is a great lay-out and gave us (3 generations) enough space to be together or apart when we needed. House was well stocked with everything needed to cook, clean up a spill, or relax at the beach.
*Note* this condo is on road side and does not overlook the beach, the description states intercoastal view and is accurate. I didnt realize this when booking and thought we'd be able to watch sunset. On the plus side we didnt have afternoon sun baking us.

We did not need for anything - they even had beach towels ! Loved the spacious 3 bedroom with lots of kitchen/living area ! Balcony was nice especially at night it wasn’t hot from the sun. Pool and being steps from beach makes this ideal. Weather was gorgeous this time of year- also a few restaurants within walking distance is a plus !

Better than online pictures. Lots of room in the condo. Beach was great .
The only thing was the dryer in the laundry room doesn’t dry clothes very well .
May need to have someone look into that.
But 5 star in my book .

My family and I have been visiting Indian Shores for many years. Each year we stayed in the same condo and thought it was the best one around. Well.....were we wrong.
This year we needed a bigger condo and I decided to rent from George. We have found our new goto condo when visiting Indian Shores.
The website pictures do not convey how large this condo is in size. It is massive and had plenty of room for the 8 people on our trip (all adults).
There are two parking spots for this condo which is a major plus. It has a washer and dryer which in the unit which was very convenient.
The condo is next to some stairs. We did not use the elevator even when bringing food into the condo. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.
I do the vacation planning for my family. My wife said, "You outdid yourself this time." I would highly encourage any family who needs a place in Indian Shores to consider this condo.

This is probably the CLEANEST rental I have ever stayed at. It was so well stocked with all the necessities; towels, silverware, beach chairs, toys and umbrellas. The place was beautiful and I would definitely rent jt again!

We loved our time here. The condo was specious and had more than enough beds, pillows, blankets for all who stayed. There were beach chairs, sand toys and so many different things to play with while on the beach- we rarely made the pool! We would highly recommend to anyone with kids. Thank you for a memorable week!

The condo was perfect just as described. Very clean and great location. The heated pool and hot tub were just right. Hope to book it again in the future. Highly recommend it.

The location was great, beach wonderful. The condo was very large and had plenty of room for 5 adults and one child. More light is needed in the the dining room. The kitchen needs more plates and silverware. Also more trash bags would be helpful. George was attentive to the disposal not working.

Second year coming to George’s place! We find it very spacious for our family! There r 11 of us and we all fit comfortably.
It does lack kitchen items if you wanted to cook but other than that it’s a great spot! We would diffidently come back!

We had a fantastic experience with this property! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the condo was beautiful. It is located on the beach in quaint Indian Rocks Beach and was the perfect place for a girl's weekend. The condo was pristine and the rooms are well equipped, cozy, with plenty of space for a larger group. Thank you, George!!! We will return again next year!

Absolutely stunning!!
This was our first family vacation to Florida as we have always gone to Myrtle beach, however we will definitely be coming back!!! This trip exceeded our expectations, the condo was stunning with great views!! The condo was very spacious, up to date and overall made us feel like we were at “home”!! Thank you in helping make this a memorable trip!

We’ve been coming to Indian rocks for 20 years so we know the area well but this was our first stay at Oceanside. The condo was perfect. Great location, extremely spacious and well equipped for a large group. George was easy to communicate with and responsive. We would definitely return.

The property was very nice actually more than we expected as far as fun beach stuff and options for sleeping arrangements as well. We even found yet another bed on the last night of our stay. This was most defiantly the best condo experience we have had even I have had as I have been vacationing in the area since I was a kid with my parents over the last 30+ years.

What a beautiful property! Our family consisted of Grandma and Grandpa, 5 grandkids ages 13, 11, 4, 4, and 1, and 4 adults. This space was wonderful for us. Very spacious, room for the kids to run around and we were above the parking garage, so we didn't have to worry about the kids disturbing those below us. Kitchen was wonderful, big, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc to cook all week long. (Probably could've used an additional beer fridge, but oh well. lol) Tons of sand toys, chairs, umbrellas. The pool was wonderful (heated) the jacuzzi was great as well. Easy access to the beach, the beach area wasn't crowded, plenty of room to play! Honestly, the only thing I would've changed would've been the view, I like facing the ocean, and this room faces the bay and the road, but we also enjoyed people watching and the beautiful sunrise from the patio. The place is very clean, easy to park, close enough to walk to a few great restaurants and CVS. Grocery stores are close by for a drive as well. Short drive to St Johns Pass too if you want more of a commercial setting. We enjoy the quietness of where we stayed. Will definitely book here again!

Awesome Condo
George's IRB condo was perfect for our family of 5 and could easily accommodate more. It was very spacious and open. Washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient. Right on the beach and across from the intercoastal, my kids loved fishing all week. We had a small issue at the beginning of the week that George responded to and resolved quickly. We will definitely be going back. George was great!!

Great Location, Comfortable, Everything You Need
Everything is close - restaurants, shopping, water sports. The beach is in the back yard. Very comfortable beds/furniture. Well equipped. My 3 and 6 year old granddaughters especially loved the spacious living room. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

A great condo with everything we needed! Loved the location and proximity to restaurants, shops, and the ice cream shop nearby. This condo was super clean and extremely spacious, tons of room even with 12 people! Couldn’t have been a better stay, highly recommend!

Condo is in a great location, close to restaurants. Parking is great. Condo is stocked with everything you could need. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. Full size washer and dryer in Condo. Great kitchen.
