terrible customer service. I had booked the hotel and was confirmed. Regardless, I followed up through their chat to make sure my accommodations would be ready with no response. I got to the hotel and my room had been rented to another person. Needless to say, I was very frightened to be in a location I did not know and not have a place to stay due to their incompetence.

Beautiful property, amazing suites, and exceptional customer service. Very clean and quiet. Great location as well. I will definitely be back.
