Luxurious, Spacious Townhome with Fireplace! Quick Walk to the Beach!
Casa a schiera nuovissima, arredata con gusto, adatta agli animali domestici, luminosa e spaziosa con 2 box auto, tavolo da biliardo, camino, soffitti alti e direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia! Basta portare i tuoi vestiti e articoli da toeletta perché Lenzuola, asciugamani, HBO, SHO, WiFi SONO INCLUSI! La casa è perfetta per una famiglia, coppie che viaggiano insieme o riunioni plurifamiliari. Progettato con diversi spazi flessibili in modo che le stanze extra possano effettivamente essere aree funzionali di divertimento per un gruppo più piccolo e per un massimo di cinque camere da letto.
L'ultimo piano ha un ampio open space, soffitti a volta, cucina, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, due aree salotto separate e area flessibile con la 5a camera da letto. Il punto focale sono le affascinanti viste sull'oceano che sono incorniciate da finestre e porte dal pavimento al soffitto. Direttamente all'esterno, c'è un balcone avvolgente con sgabelli da bar per rilassarsi mentre si ascoltano le onde e si sente la brezza.
Il secondo livello dispone di 3 camere da letto di dimensioni generose, tutte con bagno privato in marmo, vasche e cabine armadio. A questo livello si trovano anche una zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice ad alta efficienza.
Il primo livello è costituito interamente dalla quarta camera da letto / sala giochi. Questo spazio luminoso ha un tavolo da biliardo, freccette, TV a schermo piatto, bagno completo e cabina armadio. Quando visitiamo, tutti i bambini vogliono dormire insieme qui! Accesso esterno attraverso doppie porte a vetro.

The property was very nice and relaxing for my family. It was very spacious and large enough for my family. The dining table was also larger enough for us to eat dinner at the table together. We enjoyed our stay at the property and I've had great communication with the property host, when needed. The host was very accessible.

We had a great time staying at this house. There was so much room, and it is a quick walk to the beach. The house had tons of beach chairs, floats, and canopies left in the garage for others to use. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Amelia Island.

Very close to the beach (like 5 minute walk), very spacious - enough to entertain at least ten people, especially with reasonable enough seating. Anything you could need is within about a 15 minute drive MAX and the communication with the company that manages the property was easy and efficient. The number of showers is also SUPER helpful for many people to clean up at the same time.The downsides were minimal - particularly that the listing had more beds than were actually set up for us so we had to call and get air mattresses. They said they “weren’t informed that we needed extra beds” but we weren’t aware we had to specifically request the beds that were supported in the listing. Then, when we received the air mattresses two of them either didn’t work or had a hole in them. However management was helpful in rectifying this issue very quickly for us, just a small hiccup.Also, a couple of things in the house did not work well - a couple lamps were there just for show, one shower didn’t work well, the AC was the be kept at 73 (which gets hot at night) and the TVs were small other than the one in the main area. Again, these are very minor issues but for how much we paid we were hoping to not have to use box fans.All in all we would certainly stay here again - and even might next year - because even amongst the small issues/qualms we still had a great time and would certainly recommend. Just nice to know some of those other things going in.
