The house was perfect for our group, loved the downstairs bedrooms control light and air.

This house was great for our group with plenty of space for everyone to sleep privately. Beach access was perfect, the house was functional, A/C was powerful, and bathrooms were all easy to use and well kept.Cleanliness could have been better but was overall fine. There was obvious wear and dating to the home, rooms and amenities (broken or near-breaking beds & chairs, deck furniture was very dirty, rusted grill, barely working toaster oven). It could use a refresh on furniture throughout the house and it would improve the quality significantly. The listing could better reflect that there are PLENTY of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Overall the home was a fine & affordable option on Fernandina Beach.

CleanlinessThe house was great. Location was perfection-view in the morning was worth everything, but the house itself was not very clean. The couch looked sat in with crumbs all over it. The fridge doors were covered in finger prints. The bug in the bed. The floors could’ve been vacuumed.
