I’ve stayed here about 4 times before and will stay here again the next time in Liverpool

Everything. Comfort, good travel connections. Reasonable priced and all home comforts

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The building does have a damp musty smell in the main hallway , in the stairs and leading to the separate flats. It doesn’t affect the rooms. The apartment itself was large and airy. It was clean but has signs of wear and tear. The blind in the bedroom had no pulley cord so was stuck halfway over the window and its black out backing was crumbling and falling off through age and sun exposure. The shower hasn’t got much guts and I found it hard to keep the head up enough to stand under, given the weight of the shower head holding it down but also the sloping back part of the bath not allowing you to stand far enough back to fully submerge yourself without angling your back. The flush on the toilet took several attempts to clear and the water in the bath and sink took ages to drain. Perhaps a blocked soil stack??? On the whole, the accommodation was well facilitated with everything to make your stay very comfortable. Nice touches like milk in the fridge on arrival, chocolates, and adequate tea and coffee sachets. It was also equipped with body wash for showering, toilet rolls — to fairy liquid , tea towels and dishcloths. You really don’t need to take anything but your clothes. The closest train station is literally across the road, but weirdly I didn’t hear any trains so it’s not a noise concern, just perfectly situated for extreme ease to Liverpool central which takes 16 mins. I also found driving to Liverpool central easy and again takes 16 mins. Plenty of parking sites in Liverpool One shopping centre or Albert docks. I would highly recommend this apartment for any stay in Liverpool. Staff are very friendly and informative with great communication. And a designated parking space on site, which is always a plus!!
