Die Wohnung ist super zentral, super ruhig und sonnig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist großzügig und die 2. Toilette ist auch ein Pluspunkt.
Was man beachten sollte, ist, dass es keine Parkplätze in der Nähe gibt.
Dass der Schlüssel am anderen Ende der Stadt geholt werden muss und dass dies erst am Nachmittag möglich ist, ist wirklich lästig und ein Negativpunkt, weil man viel Zeit dabei verliert und es einem den ganzen Nachmittag zerreißt. Das müsste man wirklich besser organisieren, z.B. mit einem Türcode
Schlafzimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber, die Küche und vor allem das Geschirr und das Besteck leider nicht.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, drei Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Karlsbrücke. Außer dem Bad mit einer großen Dusche ist noch ein separates WC mit Waschbecken vorhanden. Es war sehr ruhig.
Viele Kleinigkeiten waren nicht in Ordnung. Sie waren nicht wichtig genug, um uns zu beschweren, weil wir unsere Tage in Prag nicht damit belasten wollten, aber doch etwas störend. Zum Beispiel funktionierten einige Steckdosen in der Küche nicht, und die Pfanne war nicht für das Induktionskochfeld geeignet.

Apartment location was fantastic, so close to Charles Bridge and the sights of Prague, with plenty of local amenities nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean.
Key collection was on the other side of the city close to the train station, which meant some careful planning of our short time in the city to collect the keys and travel to the apartment. Not a big issue though if you're staying longer or arriving into the city close to the train station.
There was no air conditioning in the apartment, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep during the summer heatwave with only fans in the apartment, but this might not be an issue at other times of the year.

Localization is great, the apartment is really big and quite well maintained.
You have to pick up the keys on the other side of the town.
The object claims to have private parking which is a straight up lie, you need to pay around 30% for private parking in the area, but you still need to book it individually and then get your luggage across town from the parking to the room.
You can easily find cheaper option with breakfast and parking already included in the fees.
