Beautiful. Only about a mile walk to major restaurant area. Plenty of bathrooms (5 teenagers, 2 adults). Very Safe and Comfortable. We could all sit in living room together and watch a movie. Huge deck overlooking beautiful ocean/sunset.

The stay was great! The condo was spotless and well-appointed. The views of sunsets and lightning from the back deck were amazing; the photos don’t do it justice. The owner and the property manager were super responsive with a couple small issues. We had a fabulous stay. Would consider adding luggage racks for suitcases and a couple flashlights (we lost power for a few hours one night). Would absolutely rent again!

We stayed at Crystal sands for 6 nights. The property is beautiful and the condo is fully stocked with everything you need. The property managers were very helpful getting us set up with tours and information about the area. The property is about a 20 min walk to Tamarindo so I recommend renting a golf cart to get around. Highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

The condo was beautiful, exactly as pictured with an amazing view of the beach and sunset. The location is great for enjoying Playa Langosta and Tamarindo. We rented a golf cart and which made it even easier to explore the area. The security guards were so nice at the condo and very helpful. The condo pool was always empty and a great place to enjoy the afternoon. RPM was very helpful with booking excursions and transportation as well as very quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this condo as well as look forward to returning!!

My family (me and my husband, son & daughter-in-law and two teenage grandsons) found the condo and location perfect for our visit to Tamaindo/PlayaLagosta. The condo was beautifully laid out and appointed. The outdoor balcony had a table and chairs for all of us to spend time there together.

This place is even better in person. Awesome views, location, cleanliness, roominess. Really great place. A quick walk to restaurants and so well equipped with towels, kitchen accessories, everything. Highly recommend.

The condo was as advertised. Awesome beach location, clean, well-appointed and luxurious. We lacked for nothing during our stay. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Location was an easy walking Tamarindo. The views from the balcony were amazing. Can’t wait to come back again.

Our family of 8 ranging from 6 to 75 had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The views from the balcony were amazing. We enjoyed the pool, the beach and watching the howler monkeys in the trees.

This was our 7th trip to Costa Rica and we have stayed at many condos in Tamarindo and Playa Langosta, including the Diria in Tamarindo, and this was the best condo we have stayed at by far. The private balcony with the views and sounds of the ocean and birds, is incredible! Every morning we couldn't wait to get outside on the balcony with breakfast to just relax and take it all in. Every evening we would have a drink and watch the sun go down, just amazing! The unit is very spacious and clean and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. The building and elevator are immaculate and very well maintained, private and quiet. The parking and storage for our surf boards was so easy and convenient. We loved staying here as it is so close to all the great restaurants and shops nearby, but it is so quiet and relaxing compared to the craziness of downtown Tamarindo. We hope to return again in the near future! Thank you Annette and Tom for letting us stay in your beautiful home! You were a pleasure to deal with as well as your property manager, and the process was so easy.

The property was almost too big for our family of 4. It was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Amazing view of the ocean. Loved watching the sun set each evening. Good restaurants are walking distance away.

Everything was perfect and made for a dream family and friend vacation! Annette’s place was fully stocked with all that you might need from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the laundry unit. Literally everything that we wanted was there, including beach toys for the kids which we were lamenting about not bringing. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time watching the sunsets, listening to the ocean waves and watching the tides go in and out. The direct beach access from Annette’s place was great for exploring the tide pools and playing in the sand. For swimming, it was a short walk or even shorter ride to beaches nearby for swimming. The pool on property was both kid and adult friendly. What more can I say? It was literally perfect and our best VRBO experience to date. Oh I do want to mention Annette’s outstanding communication and friendliness. We 10/10 recommend her place and would stay again!

The property was just as described by other travelers. It had a wonderful layout and very large! Great view from the 3rd floor. Easy access to beach and we enjoyed the pool as well. We walked along the beach to Tamarindo Beach and for some of us it was an easy walk but my adult daughter was ready for the horse to take her back! Young people lol.... Annette was very helpful and answered all of my questions before our arrival. We did not need the windbreakers as Annette suspected : ) There were so many beach towels - thank you! The guards were so nice and helped us get dinner delivered the first night there - we arrived almost at 9:00pm. Thank you to them!
The communication with RPM was excellent! They helped us with arranging transport from airport and having groceries in the condo prior to arrival. Very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Great staff at RPM and we felt very valued as guests. I highly recommend Crystal Sands #302! If we come back in the area, I am booking again. Pura Vida!

I haven't been in this area on the country until this year and Annette's place was tge best ine by far. Amazing view, clean, all the bedding, towels etc available. No complaints!
We even bought food and new plates for the "property" cat which has been living in the property for so many years!!!
I will definitely recommend it to family and friends!
I won't hesitate to come back! Dream of a place!

Everything you need is here from beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels to a well equipped kitchen. The property itself has a great pool and the guards will help with getting you a taxi when needed. We did not rent a car or golf cart but should have done a golf cart for at least one day. The beach area is not very swim friendly but a short walk down the street gives beach access in front of logosta beach club. We spent the days there and the early evening at crystal sands beach to catch the sunset. Of course the view off the balcony is priceless and is great in the morning or anytime really. Tamerindo has so much to offer. In fact my wife and I made it a joke to see if we could find a bad meal. We never did. Overall 5 stars for sure. The owners will also communicate before and during your stay. They are great people. Hope to be back for sure.

Beautiful condo with exceptional sunset views! We are a family of 4, that shared the condo with another family of 4 and there was plenty of room for all. We especially loved that each bedroom was large and had its own large bathroom & walk-in closet. The condo was well appointed from coffee makers to beach towels, boogie boards, and even pool toys for the kids. It’s far enough from Tamarindo, that it’s quiet at night, but close enough that you can do a long walk to shops & dining.

The home was perfect and had everything we needed. As everybody has mentioned eating our dinners out on the back patio gave us the best view around! Definitely recommend getting a golf cart as the walk into town is about 25 minutes and I felt a bit dangerous. The property management company was spectacular in arranging every single thing we needed including food on our arrival
