Beautiful little apartment, cozy, clean, nice extra-large mini fridge with freezer compartment, wine glases. Nice table for two on an extended out of the wall enclosed area with three windows with a view of the street. Unit #8 is the only one in that building having this set up. Walking distance to wine stores and Whole Food and several restaurants. Very residential type street. Centrally located to everything!
The unit is on the floor that you need to climb up one floor of narrow steps. If you are older like me taking the suitcases up was a very difficult task, fortunately a tenant needing to go up to his apartment help me with the luggage.
