Siamo i nuovi proprietari di questa affascinante unità al secondo piano, nella desiderabile Shipwatch Villas. 214C ha alcune delle più grandi vedute dell'oceano in Shipwatch. Le viste includono anche il paesaggio tropicale e un po 'della bella piscina comunitaria. Ognuna delle tre camere da letto ha il proprio bagno completo! Letti king size nel master (Admiral's Suite) e nella prima camera per gli ospiti (Captain's Suite). Sia un letto matrimoniale che un letto singolo si trovano nella seconda camera degli ospiti (First Mate's Room). Le ampie zone soggiorno sono dotate di bei pavimenti piastrellati con moquette in ciascuna delle camere da letto. La cucina ha ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici inox, armadi aggiornati e posti a sedere bar. L'ampio patio è accessibile dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale ed è il luogo perfetto per godersi splendide albe. Abbiamo acquistato nuovi mobili da giardino questa estate.

Great condo beachside for a family of 4 with grandparents. Bonus: Owner quickly resolved an issue at check-in, making a potential bad experience excellent. Would highly recommend for a long weekend or long term rental.

The condo met everyone's exoectations. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the quiet and serenity of the coast as well as all Charhas to offer. The owner was fantastic to communicate with and provided excellent information about the resort property and suggestions on restaurants and activities in the Charleston area.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The Kitchen was well equipped and the whole property was well organized. The owner was easy to contact if/when needed and provided all sorts of useful information for the area.

Nice condo, very well maintained. Owners readily available when needed. Perfect for my family. With the pool and beach access close, it made it easy to navigate. Love the fact that it was gated which made me feel more secure.

Enjoyed the location in a "gated" community. This resort and all those around seemed well maintained and clean. Walking and biking was quiet and low traffic. We were able to bike as a family to a few dining places within minutes. Short day trips to the surrounding area was fairly effortless. The only slower traffic was on Palms Blvd around weekends. Charleston and other key places have a lot to do and we enjoyed sight seeing. We also enjoyed the beach days and the views from the back of the unit.

Lori was absolutely amazing. She was so communicative and the property was just gorgeous. It was only about a five minute walk to the beach with pool for us to get in after. only about a 30 to 40 minute drive to the city of Charleston, I would definitely stay here again. each room having their own bathroom was definitely an upside, you will not regret staying here.

This was the first time that we have stayed in Wild Dunes. The unit was all that we expected. It was very comfortable and the size was perfect. The amenities provided were as described in the description. Having the beach chairs and umbrella set up for us each day was a great perk. Communication with the owner was excellent. Had a great stay!

Great accommodations for family with two small children. Pool area is very nice and beach is only a short distance away by boardwalk. Easy walk for toddlers snd grandparents alike!

We had a wonderful family beach vacation at Wild Dunes/IOP! The Condo access was great . . . parking underneath the building(in the shade) with easy access to the elevator and luggage carts! The pool, beach, sand and bikes were all it took to make our granddaughters (8 & 12) VERY happy (plus the boogie boards we bought at nearby Costco). Lori provided lots of dining recommendations and other info . . . I had the most delicious scallops and risotto of my life at The Boathouse! The condo had everything we needed, plus a lovely beach view and balcony. Our weather was hot, as expected in July, but the ocean breeze was wonderful. A good time was had by all!!

We all loved staying here. It was a short walk to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Lori, was fantastic throughout the process . I couldn’t recommend her more highly as an owner.
For planning purposes, be aware trying to secure Ubers or Lyfts can be difficult. If you don’t rent a car for your stay, you will need to plan ahead.

The host was super helpful from beginning to end of the rental process. The property was perfect for our family of five. A well-stocked kitchen, tasteful furnishings, and ideal location—near the elevator, mineral pool, and beach. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Very nice property with cute decor. Always love Shipwatch due to views and well-kept landscaping. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Overall clean but obviously previous renters left a lot of crumbs and food debris in most cabinets, which I thoroughly cleaned out. In addition, the last group who stayed put a large amount of dirty dishes/glasses/pots/silverware in cabinets and drawers, rather than making sure they were appropriately clean, as listed clearly in your property agreement. Needless to say, we ran all the dishes through the dishwasher and hand washed the pans, which was not the responsibility of your cleaning crew. I understand as a rental it is hard to monitor this but maybe the cleaning crew can check after each renter and inconsiderate guests contacted for additional charges for the extra work. Sorry to belabor this issue, when overall we were pleased staying in your condo.

Wild Dunes Summer Vacation
We have been vacationing at Wild Dunes for several years. We loved this vacation rental. The location, the home, the pool, it was all amazing. We hope to be able to snag this place in the future.

This condo is perfect for a family vacation. We all had our own bathrooms which was very nice. The patio was perfect for getting a break from the sun while still enjoying the warm weather. It’s a quick easy walk to the beach and the pool was an added bonus.

Our stay was fine. Great view. Only concern was master bath shower. It was difficult to get in and out of with out hand rails. Also the dresser in master bedroom had a bar under the drawers with very thick dust. Just needs to be clean good.

Lori was an amazing hostess. We were coming from a different state and she was able to accommodate our schedules and check in. The place is amazing with so many kind people. The place was very clean with three bedrooms and three bathrooms that all had showers. The best we’re comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed the balcony area, where you could see the ocean and beautiful palm trees. The pool was definitely a plus. We would stay here again for a girls trip. Highly recommend!

Grand Family Time
The reason for our visit was to attend our niece's wedding. I found this condo for our family and loved the amenities. Our elderly mother was with us and the elevator was a must. The condo was absolutely perfect! It was welcoming and comfortable for each of us. We loved the ocean view and also enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo at Wild Dunes
Great Location, well appointed, spacious, clean, lots of sunlight and a short walk to the beach. Good views from the balcony with comfortable seating. Lori was very responsive and great to work with. She provided detailed information about the property and local restaurants. The only negative was the tall step up into the Master Shower and not safety bar-makes it a challenge for older folks. Overall was a great experience and would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time celebrating a few days after Christmas here with our adult children. Isle of Palms is beautiful and the location is perfect for golfing; spending time at the beach or visiting Charleston and the nearby islands. Our unit was a quick walk to the beach and it had a great balcony with comfortable seating offering nice views of the property and ocean. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable and it was well stocked with everything you might need. The owner Lori was also great to work with. Would definitely recommend the location and this property too!
