Guests enter Artist's Palette by taking the building's elevator to the 4th floor and walking across the exterior corridor to the front door of this home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer, which leads to the downstairs guest bedroom, a full bathroom and the kitchen, dining & living room areas. You'll enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, dining & living room areas. You'll enjoy ocean breezes from the private balcony located off the living room. There is a stairwell in the living room that leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the condo's upper level. The primary suite (which is located on the condo's upper level) features ocean views and sliding door access to a private balcony overlooking the community pool and beach. The queen suite on the upper level has sliding door access to a private, sun downer roof deck that overlooks the golf course. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer in the hallway closet on the condo's upper level.
The pool doesn't close for the winter season! It will only close for occasional weather issues, periodic maintenance or state closure requirements.
COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN YEAR ROUND. SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE AND OTHER CLOSURES.

Very enjoyable stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds with great linens, very nice furniture and spectacular views. So nice to have the pool and beach so close. Highly recommend.

The condo is beautiful - very spacious !Has one bedroom on main level w/full bath and second floor has primary and second bedroom with full baths - kitchen was well equipped!Condo looks over community pool and the view to the ocean was great ! Only thing that was annoying was the amount of gnats that came in and were in the condo . They have zevo setup to help but were still there so that was annoying . I would definitely recommend a stay there
