Vivid Jeddah Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals

I paid for breakfast included which was well worth it. There was an excellent choice of fresh fruits and both western and eastern cooked breakfasts. It therefore meant that we did not need to buy lunch anywhere as the breakfast was sufficient to keep us going until the evening. The decor was extremely tasteful and felt far more luxurious than the external appearance of the building would suggest. The staff were all really helpful and polite. The hotel is well-located for getting an Uber to the historic old quarter, which is what we wanted, but it is further from the resort beaches, if that is what you want.

The only negative was, that although I had booked a taxi via the hotel, it did not arrive which was very stressful for us arriving at the airport at 2.30am to find nobody there. The hotel staff were very apologetic and upgraded the room to compensate for the error.

Good position, parking available, clean room and friendly staff. We arrived late and ordered some Indian food to our room and it was really good .

Very small rooms, do not be fooled by the pictures at bookings. Pillows are bad and bed is not comfortable
