Although the room was nice but the customer service is the worse ever One employee Amani her name, kept lying and changing the facts to cover her lies Even after i did a check out. She called the next day and lying about everything It is not enough that i had unpleasant stay because of her She made sure to make me have a bad day the day too I willl never repeat a visit to such hotel Where employee changes their words And play with facts in no respect way to the guest Such lier and awful stay I booked the hotel for my wedding anniversary , thanks to Amani it became the worse day in my life

I like everything during my two days stays. It was fantastic experience with this luxurious hotel. I was amazed the see like this in the kingdom.

Everything was fine with me.

Good design. Felt high end and interesting visually. Staff were excellent across the board, from reception to restaurant and spa. Breakfast was excellent and quite extensive, approx. SAR 200 per head ($55)

Everything was pretty good. The high tech spa shower, steam room and water pressure in the room shower were not as good as I would have preferred. The pool area is a bit weak, with cheap looking artificial grass.
