The apartment is not close to the beach, but the views from the balcony are spectacular; you can see the cost line as well as the mountains . That been said it is close to the town center and to two of the town points of interest. Grocery store is close by and some small restaurants. It is big enough for a family, the building has facilities for kids and two pools that are open during summer. Full equipped as stated on the description. (I did not see the iron, but there was an Iron board). I didn't need it; so, I didn't ask. We were looking for a town experience and couldn't have found a better place for the price. Forgot to mention there are

not staying longer
