Questa splendida casa unifamiliare di recente costruzione ha una cucina di lusso completamente fornita e ha tutta la privacy che desideri. È perfetto per il divertimento di tutta la famiglia.

Viviamo su un'isola e il wifi o le interruzioni di corrente non sono del tutto inauditi. Se ottieni uno di questi, tieni duro per circa un'ora, di solito non durano a lungo. Se è più lungo di quello fammi sapere che posso chiamare Xfinity e vedere cosa sta succedendo. Non posso essere ritenuto responsabile per eventuali interruzioni di WiFi, cavo, servizio idrico o qualsiasi altra cosa che sia completamente fuori dal mio controllo.
Per favore fatemi sapere se c'è qualche tipo di problema che deve essere risolto / indirizzato. Dato che viviamo a 1.300 miglia di distanza, ora non c'è modo per me di sapere se la casa ha bisogno di attenzione se non mi viene detto.

Perfect location Publix at one end and the beach at the other end of the street We went for sunrise or sunset almost every night at sombrero beach Just gorgeousEasy to drive to anywhere in the keys from this location We had so much fun exploring different state parks and beaches and chasing sunsets! Watching the boats go by in the morning while drinking our coffee on the deck was perfection Home has everything you need for a wonderful time in the keys

Really great choice for us. Dog friendly and liked having bedroom on main floor. Manatees in canal with 2 regular iguanas passing thru. Lots of toys. Kayaks, grills and beautiful downstairs space.

The location is fabulous to visit all of the keys! This is not a single, free standing home. It's one of 2 units in a duplex and the current description does not mention that. Towels were included but no wash cloths or hand towels. We had to buy our own. We stayed for 3 weeks and if your stay is longer, you need to provide your paper products. There were a few hiccups throughout our stay but the host took immediate action to correct the situations. Visiting the turtle hospital is a must! We were part of Mossy's release and it was awesome. Saw a manatee in the canal behind the unit and had daily visits from the iguanas amd pelicans. There is ample parking, and a nice area to sit around the pool which made pool time even more refreshing. Our dog loved the deck even though it was hot outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with ample closet and dresser space. All in all, a great location!

After driving 1350 miles, the first thing that we noticed upon arrival was that the property did not look like the pictures! Whereas the pictures on VRBO showed a lush green lawn and a brand new deck/dock area, the “real thing” was far different! There were two grills there, one of which was a flat top. It was so rusted that it couldn’t be used. There was no propane in any of the 3 tanks that were there. The inside was ok. There were problems, however. The glass sliding shower door didn’t slide (handyman came and fixed), the tank in the toilet in the upstairs hall bathroom didn’t fill(plumber came over a week after we called), the keypad on the front door stopped working (my husband changed batteries and reprogrammed the first time, we requested a key to use after that), the washing machine didn’t work from the start of our month long stay causing my husband to have to go to the laundromat twice a week, and the gaskets on the pool filter exploded one day spraying water all over the place and causing the water on the pool to drop quickly. We added water while waiting until the following afternoon for the filter to be repaired. Location was good- close to the beach and our favorite restaurants!Walking path right out front- it was great for walking, but watch out before and after school hours. The kids on the electric bikes and scooters go ridiculously fast!Manatees- one came to the dock. It was a positive!
