Good location staff were so polite and friendly if u needed enything they were always very helpful evening meal was very good also breakfast was enjoyable
Thought parking was an issue as on arrival car park was a bit off a problem as it isn't big enough and can hold up to 7 spaces at a push the room was a bit dated could seriously do with updating as room fixtures like bed room furniture needs changing as very old could do with new to freshen up but all in all room was kept very clean and can't fault the staff they were fantastic well done greentree hotel your staff certainly made our 2 day break worth it

The warm welcome. The hotel is excellent value for money.
We ate in the evening and were very impressed.
Nothing.

We were allowed to check in early and safe parking in the yard was provided for our motorcycles.
The bar serves proper local ale and in the morning the Scottish breakfast served was excellent.
The high street was only a few steps from our room, perfection in Peebles.

Excellent location in the town centre and close to all amenities. Breakfast was very nice indeed.
The room was just very tired and in need of a refresh.
