My stay at the apartment in Tbilisi was simply superb! The central location made it easy to explore the city's gems, and the new building provided a sense of comfort. The living room was lovely, and the beds were incredibly cozy. The host's attentiveness and the well-equipped kitchen added to the overall delightful experience.

I highly recommend this place if you need an apartment in the city center. It is cozy and very quiet. I recommend this apartment for a large family (there is enough space for everyone). Spacious and beautiful and well refurbished apartment. Also very friendly and helpful host. We forgot one thing in the apartment and a couple of days later the host wrote and returned it to us. Thank you so much for that.

Everything was in perfect order, the host was responsive and helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location, a nice pubs and restaurants around. At the same time the apartment itself is very quiet. The rooms were surprisingly spacious which I’s ideal when traveling with teenage children. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great stay at this place. The apartment is modern, clean and very comfortable. It is located in the walking distance of everything we needed. Giorgi was great to respond to any inquiries and arranged to meet us at check in even thought our flight was delayed. We would book again and again!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. It was nice to have so much space and location was ideal for us. The apartment was very nice and clean and lots of space. Beds very comfy and kitchen was occupied with everything you need for short or long stay. All in all would love to stay again there:)

The location was superb. Very easy walking distance to many attraction, good restaurants, shops and nightlife. Building and apartment was modern and cozy. Two bedroom apartment with two bathroom. Was super clean and stylish. It exceeded our expectations. Giorgi was friendly and very helpful. Communication with him was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend.

We were visiting Tbilisi with limited time and wanted a property we could get to things easily and quickly.The location was great for that and the apartment was a perfect with panoramic views of the city, spacious living room, large comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The host Giorgi arranged a pick up at the airport and was greeted and shown around at the apartment - excellent service throughout the stay
