Property was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was extremely convenient!

Rooms were quite small

Room was clean and modern, bathroom shower were fantastic. Lots of amenities in the room which was great for a short stay as would save packing razors, tooth bushes etc. The hotel restaurants were fantastic, exceptional value for money both have the same menu but the rooftop was beautiful on an evening. Value for money was incredible and staff really friendly.

Rooms could have been slightly bigger would recommend upgrading if you require more space.

Centrally located. Good breakfast. Comfortable stay. Nice decent sized rooms with terrace. Very peaceful, although within 2 min walk from the centre.

The room was very spacious, well appointed, and the facility stylish. Location is superb for Tbilisi tourism.

from the second i walked in the staff members were so helpful and cheerful and so welcoming . it’s definitely a cozy hotel with very friendly staff always smiling and helpful .

Room was spacious enough, and comfortable. The room & bathroom was very clean. Staff was very polite. There were various options for breakfast. As a vegan, I had many options. The hotel is close to touristic attractions.

The room was small and there was too much noise, no privacy. I could here every conversation in the next room, and telephone ringing. It was very annoying because I was getting up thinking that it was ringing in our room, but it was in the next room :( Also, the road was near and the cars were often honking. We couldn’t relax because of the noise:( The washstand was not very well designed. Opening water was a challenge because it was pouring water on all our clothes) You need to open the water just a little and slowly.

Only the location of the hotel and the restaurant on the roof top made a difference despite all the inconveniences that we'd faced during our stay.

This is NOT a 4 stars hotel, more like 3 stars! 1. The cleaning service of the hotel was very bad, there was spider web in the corner. The bathroom floor was never mopped during our stay. 2. We requested a calm room, we received a room on the forth floor (#419) that directly faced the fan of the ventilation system of the restaurant located in the lobby. The operation sound of the system made it impossible to open the window due to the blowing sound and the cooking smell coming up. 3. The AC is a different story in this hotel; it was very hot and we couldn't control the temperature inside of the room. It was set on 27 degrees! When we addressed this issue with the receptionist, he explained that the AC system is central and many other customers complained about the same issue, and there's nothing that he can do about it. 4. The bathroom utilities had an EXPIRED SHAVING CREAM that caused us a skin rush. 5. The first day that we arrived, the weather was very bad, it was heavily raining. Upon check-in, the receptionist (Mariam) refused to let us do the check-in before paying the full amount. We went under the rain looking for a place to exchange money. They even gave us a wrong location for an exchange office. Later on, during our stay, we discovered that the receptionist offered free umbrellas to the guests when the weather was bad, while in our case she didn't bother herself to! 6. The mattresses and the pillows were not as comfortable as it should be for a 4 stars hotel. 7. The lobby has always cooking and deep frying smell coming from the restaurant located at the ground floor. 8. The room is always dark even when you turn all the lights on, and the TV has only Georgian and Russian channels. 9. The shower head was leaking water, it was fixed later on by the staff. With every shower the bathroom floor was flooding due to the lack of a glass barrier. The towels were replaced by torn ones several times during our stay. 10.
