I stayed for a week. Excellent location and a pleasant hotel overall. The terrace breakfast area was a highlight, with a beautiful panoramic view over Tbilisi. The same area operates as the hotel restaurant from around noon until midnight, which was very convenient, with a 20% discount for hotel guests. I am vegetarian and managed breakfast quite comfortably, and I also found suitable food for my child and me at the restaurant. Personally, I believe vegetarians need to be a little flexible when travelling to other countries, and I was quite satisfied with what was available. Housekeeping was good where it mattered—the bed was made daily, pillow covers were fresh, toiletries were replenished, and all essential toiletries were provided.

The biggest issue was that the room did not quite match what I expected from the Booking.com description of a 30 sqm double room with a seating area and wardrobe. There was no conventional wardrobe; instead, there was a cabinet with the mini-fridge, safe and a few shelves, plus an open metal-frame clothes rack. The “seating area” was essentially one chair and a small table for two adults and a child. The bathroom layout also lacked privacy. Two washbasins sat outside the toilet/shower enclosure and faced the bedroom directly. The shelf inside the walk-in shower was extremely small. The mattress was far too soft for my preference. I am accustomed to orthopaedic or semi-orthopedic mattresses, whereas this one made me sink considerably and affected my sleeping comfort. The bed had four posts, and one post constantly blocked the TV view. My particular room was also immediately beside the lift, resulting in intermittent movement and noise. >> What could be better << The room description should more accurately reflect the actual furniture and layout, particularly what constitutes a wardrobe and seating area. Bathroom planning could be improved considerably, especially privacy around the washbasins and additional shelving/storage inside the shower. Providing at least two chairs in a double/family-occupied room, a more practical wardrobe, and a better-supporting mattress would make the room substantially more comfortable. Rooms immediately beside the lift could perhaps receive better acoustic insulation. The unusual location of my room—the only guest room in a large lift lobby, beside what appeared to be a staff room—also made it feel somewhat separate from the normal guest-room arrangement. Overall, these are mainly room-design improvements. The hotel's location, terrace, views and restaurant remain definite strengths.

The hotel is excellent. You will find everything within 2 to 3 minutes. The room size was unexpected.

The room air conditioner was not working properly. I asked them to provide me with a table fan, but they refused. As everyone knows, June is summer. Housekeeping didn't clean the room and the washroom. They will come and keep the shower gel and other toiletries, but didn't clean the room and the washroom.
