Unfortunately and of course this is not the hotel fault, but there was a construction in the front of the Hotel, the entrance was completely blocked and we had to shout for someone to come from the back door to let us in.
Regardless that, the staff is super friendly, the food was delicious and the room was clean and well maintained - but that first impression was a bit annoying.

great boutique hotel, excellent location. rooms had comfortable beds, very clean, toiletries, good insulated windows (just below the rooms is freedom square - can be noisy).
There is not much of a lobby, its the restaurant and access to rooms passes through it. the breakfast selection was small, needed upgrade. The hotel entrance was completely blocked off due to ongoing renovations on Rustaveli Avenue, it wasnt easy to use the locked back service entrance as staff needed to open it for guests. This is not the hotels fault but they should have organized a temporary reception from the back entrance during renovations.
The safe in the room was small not suitable for laptop and not bolted to any wall or cupboard. These are minor details, overall excellent hotel

Location was perfect, staff friendly, comfortable and clean and also the wine!!! Very knowledgeable staff and super stocked wine.
It was difficult to get in without getting muddy due to roadworks on Rustaveli but that’s just temporary so can’t blame the hotel. And they served me dinner for which I was most grateful

Just location and cleaning
Unfortunately, the WiFi connection was very weak during our stay. We also experienced daily issues with hot water in the mornings, which made showering difficult. In addition, there was a technical problem in our room with water leaking onto the floor, and it took many hours to be resolved. The breakfast staff were not very welcoming, and on one occasion the server did not even smile. It was also disappointing that black tea was not included in the breakfast service.
