Clean, good location

Excellent location in old town close to Liberty Square. Great staff (a special shoutout to Georgi who was especially attentive). Comfortable and quiet rooms (we had rooms facing the street). Beautiful rooftop deck that looks out over the city. We stayed there three different times over two weeks and each room got better!
Breakfast was good, not great, but staff was attentive and helpful.

Amazing location, right in the heart of the city centre and walking distance from Rustaveli avenue and Freedom Square.
A small hotel with all the necessary comforts you'd need. Bfast is also great, not a very elaborate spread but still a lot of options to satisfy your appetite.
No gym or swimming pool but then who needs one when u r out to explore Tbilisi.
The staff is super friendly and helpful always.
The bathroom size is way too small but yet had all the amenities.
The placement of the Split AC was above the room door which meant we had to run it on 17/18 full night to feel the necessary cooling but again, not really an issue when u view in the larger scheme of thinsg. All in all excellent place

Great Location
Room was noisy from people walking past balcony, despite the door not opening, which felt unsafe as no way to exit if a fire broke out and unable to get to reception. Poor quality breakfast,
