The apartment was very clean, nice, and quite spacious. The location is absolutely amazing — right next to a small park and in the very heart of Tbilisi, with lots of cafés and restaurants nearby, while still being surprisingly quiet at night. The apartment had everything we needed, and the hotel itself also has a very nice lobby. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, especially because of the location.

There were a few small things that could have made the experience better. When we arrived, we had to wait around 10–15 minutes while trying to find a staff member to check us in. The wait itself wasn’t a big issue, but there was no apology or acknowledgement afterward, which felt a little strange. I had also requested a specific room in advance, and it was confirmed that we could stay there. However, when we arrived, it seemed that this had been forgotten and the room had already been given to other guests. I completely understand that things like this can happen, but better communication would have been appreciated. We also had an issue with the hair dryer in our room, as it basically didn’t work. When I asked for a replacement, unfortunately there didn’t seem to be a spare portable hair dryer available. I would definitely recommend the hotel keep a few spare ones for situations like this, especially since a working hair dryer is quite important during colder weather. Luckily, the weather was warm during our stay, so it wasn’t a major problem for us.

Great design, great rooms, nice bed, great bathrooms with good showers; fantastic location to explore the Old Town on foot.

No real lobby or social area, not the right place if you want to meet other travelers.

The hotel has a beautiful modern design and an excellent, central location. It was very convenient for exploring Tbilisi, and the property has a lot of potential. We would also like to mention one male staff member who was genuinely kind and helpful to us during our stay.

Unfortunately, the experience did not match the beautiful appearance of the hotel. The room was quite worn and needed better maintenance. The towels were old and worn, the bedsheets and pillows were not comfortable, and the curtains were visibly dirty. We also had a lot of spiders in the room and experienced an unpleasant sewage smell. We had to buy our own tissues because there were not enough basic supplies provided. We were traveling with our baby, and the crib provided to us did not feel safe or suitable for an infant. We had to raise our concerns about it and try to make it more comfortable ourselves. A hotel offering a baby crib should provide one that is properly maintained and safe for a child. The response time when we needed assistance was also very slow. We wrote a detailed email to management explaining all of our concerns and also contacted the hotel through Booking.com, but unfortunately, we never received a response. This was especially disappointing because we gave the hotel an opportunity to address the issues during our stay. We also informed the hotel that we were celebrating our anniversary. We did not expect anything extravagant, but we were disappointed that there was not even a small acknowledgment of the occasion. Overall, the location and design are excellent, but the condition of the room, cleanliness issues, lack of basic amenities, and poor communication from management significantly affected our stay.
