Casa Salvaje è un luogo perfetto per le vostre vacanze in famiglia. Situato sulla lunga spiaggia di sabbia soffice di Aventuras Akumal. Casa Salvaje gode di un'ottima posizione per castelli di sabbia e bagni di sole. La baia di fondo sabbioso è l'ideale per lo snorkeling e il nuoto. CHIEDI LE TARIFFE DA 4, 5 E 6 CAMERE DA LETTO!
L'ESTERNO: Casa Salvaje è una villa fronte mare a due piani. La piscina con piastrelle blu con patio e area coperta si trova sul lato mare della proprietà. I Caraibi saranno il tuo sfondo mentre ti metti in piscina e ti godi la tua Margarita pomeridiana. Palapas all'ombra, sedie a sdraio in spiaggia, kayak, grill a gas e altri arredi da patio sono forniti in modo da poter godere della spiaggia! Una grande terrazza al secondo piano è perfetta per guardare la baia e godersi il panorama!
DISPOSIZIONE GENERALE: Il livello principale comprende una cucina moderna completa con bar per la colazione, una zona pranzo con dieci posti a sedere e un'ampia zona giorno che è arredata in modo confortevole e dotata di TV satellitare. Dal livello principale una splendida vista sulla spiaggia è la cortesia di porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono alla piscina e al solarium.
Due delle camere da letto di Casa Salvaje si trovano al primo piano. Uno è arredato con un letto matrimoniale e uno con letto King ed entrambi sono dotati di aria condizionata. Le due camere sono dotate di porte scorrevoli che conducono alla piscina, alla terrazza e ai bagni privati.
Al secondo livello è la grande suite padronale con aria condizionata, bagno privato e letto king size. La master suite ha una splendida vista sull'oceano e una terrazza lato mare. La quarta camera da letto si trova anche al secondo livello. Questa ampia camera da letto ha una vista laterale sul giardino ed è arredata con due letti matrimoniali separati da una piccola parete divisoria. La quarta camera da letto è anche dotata di aria condizionata e gode di un bagno privato.
LE CASE OSPITI: Le case degli ospiti si aprono sul lato del giardino della proprietà. Uno è un monolocale al piano inferiore con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Le altre 2 case per gli ospiti si trovano al piano superiore, ognuna con un letto king size. Tre casitas aggiuntive offrono molto spazio per un massimo di 17 ospiti, rendendo Casa Salvaje la scelta ideale per feste di famiglia e grandi gruppi di amici che viaggiano insieme.

Great, comfy house with casita. Sufficient room for 14. Pool was nice to have along with our beach. Staff was attentive and thorough each day that they came to clean.

Our multi-generation family of 13 stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and cool AC. The beach was beautiful and the pool was perfect for the kids. We all enjoyed snorkeling on the awesome reef right in front of the house, seeing tons of unique fish and coral. The housekeeper, Betty, was very friendly and we so appreciated her hard work keeping everything fresh and clean, along with Aurelio the gardener who came and cleaned the pool/beach area in the mornings. One of the nights we had Chef Elias, recommended in the visitor book, come make a group dinner and it was so delicious. There was plenty of common area space to play games and lounge in the evenings. Overall it was an unforgettable vacation and we couldn't have asked for a better place to make family memories together.

We could not be happier with this rental, the company, the staff, the location, each and every factor contributed to an extremely happy group and a truly lovely vacation experience.To start, we actually had another property booked and when due to COVID-19 that owner took the property off the market, Akumal Direct, the management company offered us Casa Salvaje at the same price, which was superb customer service and candidly a great deal. During all the rebooking and communications Katie and the team @ Akumal Direct went above and beyond. They were timely, courteous and clear in all their communication.As for the house itself, it is in amazing shape, the location is superb, and if I might say Aurelio the groundskeeper and Betty the housekeeper were kind, very hardworking and also unobtrusive. Betty was actually a saint if we are being honest, if you stay please DO NOT FORGET TO TIP THEM GENEROUSLY. We actually did not need or desire Betty to clean everyday so we asked for an every other day situation which worked well. The rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen and living room are all amazingly well stocked, with the casita perfect. The private beach is unreal and we had some excellent recommendations for local food and services like a fishing trip with Sweet Willy which was 1/4 the cost of other outfits. We were a group of singles so we each had a room which was amazing, but this house is equally as good a fit for an extended family with kids, or couples. Plenty of bathrooms and amenities. They had bath towels to spare, pool toys, beach chairs, a fully stocked kitchen, refilled water cooler every day. Aurelio even cut us coconuts. The snorkeling in the reefs right off the beach is majestic.TL:DR the property is even better than described, extremely clean and well maintained and the service from management was impeccable. The recommendations and location of local activities like Coba, Tulum, Valladolid, Cenotes, grocery stores and more is ha
