Great location, nice modern space, has an elevator, clean, great communication with the owner/manager of the property. Right next to two metro stations so getting around Paris is a piece of cake. Bonus -- nice neighborhood on the edge of the 6th arrondissement with fabulous, non tourist restaurants
Issues with the WiFi, also ran out of toilet paper -- of note the manager seems to use WhatsApp primarily to communicate...as an American who never uses WhatsApp it would be great to know this in advance

Location, balcony, normal size of bathroom.
No mirror, it’s weird…
There are only 3 containers for cooking. There is no normal frying pan. There is no electric heater, I froze one evening, the air conditioning system works only for cooling. The person from the agency who rents the apartment did not help, all the time he asked for that photo and video in the chat, in the end he did not solve the problem, in the morning I asked again, he clarified the floor and disappeared again. This attitude towards the Guest is unacceptable and no respect…

Location was great for walking around the city to eat at great restaurants and see major attractions. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment with the Murphy bed, kitchen, table and balcony! It was clean and easy to access by using a code to enter the building and apartment. Photos really fail at showing what the 2nd bed is (we assumed maybe a pull out couch but it is a Murphy bed which was much nicer). I added photos to show it up and pulled down.
Communication was poor, it was just auto emails. I finally had to send a WhatsApp to get any questions answered. No wifi or direction paperwork so once again had to WhatsApp for information. Shower leaked all over floor when in rain shower mode. Lift is only accessible after walking up first flight of stairs so not helpful for anyone with stroller or mobility issues. Can hear rumbling of metro underneath running every 5 min or so (assuming that is what it is) - this did not bug us, but could potentially bug another customer.

Great location, smooth check in, clean apartments as picture
Super loud - feels like sleeping on street. Water pressure low, only 1 shower at a time. Shower door can’t close properly.
