The cottage is attractive and comfortable and pretty quiet.

This two bedroom home is well located close to the beach (200+ steps away, restaurants (Convivo our favorite only 100 steps away), Stearns Pier and State Street, all within walking distance. The property is well-maintained with a nice kitchen, bathroom, dining area and living room with window views of the ocean. Everything that we needed was at this location as far as utensils, plates, cooking ware, tea kettle and coffee maker. Washer and Dryer worked great, enjoyed using beach towels and chairs, and very convenient to nearby grocery market. If we come back to the area, we would like to rent this Beach house again.

Beautiful, clean property in a fabulous location. We walked to the beach, pier, Chase Palm Park and Zoo. It was perfect for our needs--there is a beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen and front room. We'd definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for a comfy, close to the beach, kinda quite, close enough to the Funk down the road, this is your spot. You can take in the sunrise and the glow of the sunset. I’ll be back for sure!

Great location for kids. Walk everywhere - the beach, restaurants and the zoo! Plenty of room for the kids to play around in the shared space and rooms were good size for all of the stuff that comes with kids :) Place was clean and again - perfect location!

The property is exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable. It is on a busy street, but it was quiet at night and we loved being so close to the beach. We would stay here again.

We loved this beautiful, well-equipped East Beach house. Great views of the ocean and park, close to everything, spacious and light-filled rooms.

The property has things to recommend it; unfortunately, the unresponsive, anonymous management company was a dark cloud over the experience. This is a single home that has been converted into 2 units. We had the front unit, closest to the street. We were not aware that the home had more than one unit when we rented. The location is a plus with one caveat. You are a block from the beach and cheap transportation to the downtown area. You are also feet from a busy street and very nice park. Unfortunately, there is noise factor, both from the street and organized sports being played in the park. Things calm down about 9 pm and the nights are quiet. If you like to sleep past 8 am, you might have an issue. I use an ambient noise machine, which helped, but I was still awoken by the outside sounds. A big issue for us was parking. From the pictures you can see you have a driveway and garage, but the front unit is forbidden to use them. I say "the front unit" because there were cars consistently in the driveway and garage (one with out of state plates and one with CA plates), but our instructions were that we had to use on-street parking. With the heavy use of the park right across the street, close parking was not always available. We solved this by keeping the car put and incurring the costs of Lyft rides. Laundry facilities are outside of the unit in a small room attached to the garage. We were to use them only on odd numbered days, the back unit used them on evens. Since there were only two of us we were fine. A larger group might have an issue. The main reason we would not return was our interaction, or lack thereof, with the management company. When we got the contract for the unit, there was a question about acceptable forms of payment. I called the office and spoke with J. She seemed a bit flustered, but figured out this clause did not pertain to us. I wanted to ask her a couple more questions, but she was very anxious to get off the phone. That was the last time I was able to "speak" with anyone from the management company. The rest of the communication was via anonymous texts. We initially had an issue with the tv. It has a very small channel selection. I texted & asked for assistance. In return, I was emailed a channel guide. This did not address the problem. I asked for someone to speak to directly. Didn't happen. Then I was told property specialist, B, would speak with me. Never got that call either. We gave up and just made do.

Two adults and our two kids (10 and 13) found this home very comfortable. It was clean with a new kitchen, fully stocked with kitchen supplies. Internet connection was very good. The bedrooms in the front unit are in the back, so there really wasn't much road or train noise. Very clean and nice.

We loved walking to the beach and zoo. Close to restaurants and state street. Very quiet and relaxing.
