Reviewer Comments:
The house is very nice and clean. Location is good, close to the beaches. Although it is located on the main road with pretty high traffic, the backyard is pretty private and spacious. The house has portable AC almost in every room, but most of the time we didn’t have to use them.

Reviewer Comments:
The cottage was just what the Dr. ordered!!!It is a perfect place to spend time with your family! A quick walk to the beach!!! Plenty of space, great backyard and outdoor showers! The breeze that comes through the windows is amazing! Martha Murray’s Rentsl team and the Owners of the cottage were simply amazing and accommodating to me and my family! We are forever grateful and hope to be back for many years to come!!!!

The house, location and amenities were perfect!!!We were looking for a big space, close to the beach, fun and relaxing and the house hit every mark!!! The hosts left the house with supplies and everything we needed from laundry baskets, to trash bags and beach chairs!!!!!We definitely plan on returning next year!!! Thanks so much!!!

Reviewer Comments:
The house is very closely located to the water (4 min walk). Plenty of parking. No updates have been done in the house for many many years. The beds are borderline unusable (matters springs pretty much poking out). Several light bulbs out or flickering (incandescent bulbs, believe it or not!!). TV actually has VCR hooked up to it, forget a smart tv to stream a show at night. The house in general has not seen a dollar invested into it in many many years. The location is the only thing it has going for it.
