Amazing property in an amazing quiet and peaceful location. Just a short walk to the supermarket and golf club. We could also walk to the beach and restaurants. Host was great. Great comms. Showed us the villa when we arrived. Very clean and well presented. Hope to visit again.

the location, the quietness and the next door neighbour dog who was super cute and very friendly. the outside toilet is the best idea ever! 😊👨‍⚕️

it’s not we didn’t like it but there were loads of ants because of the large tree that also blocked out the pools sunlight from 3pm and the constant clearing of the pool because of the pines falling off the tree. still a beautiful villa though and we enjoyed our stay. you could do with a chopping board as it’s hard to cut fruit and vegetables when needing to cook on a plate. everything else was wonderful.

There was no breakfast provided nor did I expect there to be. The house is in a lovely location, it is very peaceful and private and the pool is large. The property presents extremely well as you can see on the pictures. Unfortunately it is let down by small unnecessary failings.

The airconditioning in the property does work but is not fit for purpose. The property construction is poor as when it rains puddles gather in the living room. When you use the shower, the bedroom wall gets wet. The property was dirty when we arrived and only got cleaned once during our stay. The cleaning standard again was poor. The bed was small and uncomfortable. The "duvet" if you can call it that, was heavy and therefore uncomfortable and far too hot The pillows were hard, Towels were only changed once in the 10 days A single tea towel left in the kitchen was very dirty, there were no hand towels for the kitchen. After complaining about the lack of hand towels in the kitchen they supplied new ones but as they were not washed they were useless. There was 1 toilet roll for 10 days, no kitchen roll and no bin liners. The kitchen is poorly equipped, we had 4 mugs. But that was all we had 4 of, there was no matching 4 of anything else. Cooking there would be difficult. There is liitle point having a dishwasher when you have so few of anything, I just washed by hand to use them again and again.

Location was good - near to VDL but also lots of space for peace and quiet. Bean bags, hammocks and outside furniture was all lovely. BBQ charcoal provided was welcomed.

We could have done with more coffee cups, plates and cutlery as we kept having to put the dishwasher on. It would be good to label the bins so we knew how to dispose of them in the recycling centre. The main bedroom felt quite damp overnight but we noted the dehumidifier so used that.

A very nice new modern villa with a large swimming pool, great seating areas and a lovely shaded bbq area. It’s located in a quiet area just outside the main resort so you need transport to get around, but there are plenty of Ubers about.

The property could have been a little better signposted as it is a little off the beaten track and the Ubers we needed to get to the restaurants and bars had trouble finding us. One of the bedrooms is exterior but it’s very nice so we didn’t find this too much of a problem.
