kein Fenster nach außen. Das einzigste Fenster ging zum allgemeinen Flur wo die ganze Nacht das Licht brannte und das Fenster keine Verdunklung hatte. Das Zimmer war die ganze Nacht hell erleuchtet. Der Wasserhahn im Bad gab kaum Wasser. Der Duschkopf war total verkalkt. Die paar Dekoutensilien machten das Zimmer auch nicht besser.

This place is a scam. They take your money and then we never even got a room. It is not a hotel and there is no one on site. Take the time to read the reviews. Don't give them your money

The step to the bathroom is dangerous. You must put signs there to let clients know to step up and down other wise there will be accidents without that notification.

The location was fantastic-close to all of the best spots in San Juan... especially the beach!

The location other then that you hear everything so my sleep was disturb every night the shower takes time to get hot. They never answer the phones

Cheap walls and rooms it can get noisy. The sauna or pool was false advertising

It was worth the cost. Cleanliness matters to me most and that was as expected.

The A/C remote didn’t have batteries, had to switch it from the remote (tv), found an old toothbrush when opened the sofa bed, no trash can in the living room, little details that can be fix.

A cockroach flew in our bed during the morning.

It was quiet. The air conditioning was wonderful.. it was hot but the room stayed cool.. it was clean

Limited water supply and the tv kept buffering. The room was smaller than I expected

We were knowingly sold a room with no running water. The manager lied to us stating it was temporary and said it would be back on in an hour. We spoke to some other guests who said there had not been water in their room for three days. They said they had been showering in the courtyard and using the toilet in the shared area. Unacceptable.

Location was good, the bed was very comfortable, staff were nice, seating area outside room was nice and place was clean.

Bathroom light constantly flickering, no jacuzzi like advertised, water ran out two times. Had to wait for hours for the truck to fill up the water tank, one side shower door so water would soak the floor when taking shower making it super slippery and unsafe, no lights on rooftop. Also very hard to get in contact with them. Wifi kept going out, so it was annoying to try and watch tv since it was a roku tv.
