The theme being calm and connecting to your inner self, plus the location with the mountains view

The dinner was a bit disappointing, but decent overall. Also, we ordered room service and wasn't very pleased.

The rooms are truly wonderful. Beautiful and thoughtful design all around. The restaurant was a big surprise as it managed to cater to everybody without compromising on the selection as often the case with kosher kitchens. The quality of the food was mostly very high. Spa, gym and other facilities are all good.

Some of the places really need a facelift. Like the wet sauna, hammam and the pool area. The tiling there is a little tired and it debasing that boutiques feel of the hotel. Some of the staff could also be friendlier.

on the first day we got a room on the pool and there was a lot of noise because of a pool party. On the following day they changed our room to a suite

Great breakfast, great pool area and great rooms. Loved the hotel in general - very clean and spacious.

We could have had more explanations of the services offered by the hotel.

very nice hotel, swimming pool is not large but much appreciated, next to the Mount Carmel National Park, great trails for running, uphill though and lots of stones (and catlle)

We ordered a double room with queen bad, but we received 2 twin beds. When we talked to the hotel manager and shared the fact that we paid for a queen bed, but we got twin beds, he said that there is nothing to do about it, and that it doesn’t matter - sometimes you get twin beds and sometimes you get a queen bed. For me, it matters, as when I pay such an amount of money to stay a night at an hotel with my partner, and I pay for a queen bed - I expect to get what I’ve paid for. also the spa area was not inviting - the sauna had a bad smell and was not on so we couldn’t use it.
