They accommodated myself, my disabled father, and his service dog (for a fee). They also allowed me to retrieve food from the dining room to bring to my dad back in the room. There are privileges, and should you need special consideration, it can be arranged.

The hotel is located at a very central part of the city center. it's easy to reach to anywhere within 15-20 mins of public transportation drive. the hotel itself was very nicely arranged, clean, good facilities, good bed, very nice breakfast and most importantly friendly and smiley staff who, you feel, are there to help to make the stay pleasant.
The room's bathroom had very slight smell.
