Where do I begin? This condo looks NOTHING like the pictures on Booking. There is no security lock on the front door, the bathroom is nasty filthy, the pretty bed and furniture shown in the pictures do not exist. What does exist is a hole in the wall behind the bed, no extra WORKING outlets to plug ANYTHING in, the curtain for the door to the balcony only covers half the door, there are roaches in the condo. These are not Palmetto bugs or Florida pests like the owner will tell you. These are cockroaches, plain and simple. After one night, we were done. When we refused to stay there because of all these things, they refused to refund ANY part of our money. Instead, they blamed me, saying I didn't follow instructions... well, what I did was get booking involved, to no avail. The owner basically says that I am a liar, and Booking goes with that. Well, I want to attach photos for you, the consumer, to compare to the actual Booking pics. But, Booking doesn't make that possible. So, if you want to see pics, look on Trip Advisor, I'll be posting them there. You will see they are as different as night and day. I would not be a decent human being if I didn't warn anyone even thinking about renting this place. It is disgusting, and the owners don't care, nor does Booking.
