AM Hostel

The room had good cooling and it was spacious. The location was also nice. I appreciate having room service everyday as its usually not given in hostels or budget friendly accomodations.

I didnt like having to message the reception for turning on/off AC it was a bit annoying. The noisy kids staying on our floor were way too loud extremely annoying. thankfully they were quiet at night but we tried napping during the day and it was impossible as they were painfully loud. The cleaning staff left behind a disgusting black towel maybe they wiped the floor with it so it was a bit disgusting to see they are cleaning with the same towels we are using.

The location is great. The bus stop is right across the street. Clean and comfortable. Recommended.

La posizione della struttura è ottima per chi vuole soggiornare in un punto strategico, vicino alla fermata degli autobus e ai principali punti per la movida. La stanza è un po' semplice, ma il bagno spazioso e la doccia confortevole. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Lo staff era inesperto nella gestione delle problematiche, anche le più semplici. C'è stata poca chiarezza nelle informazioni: all'arrivo ci è stato chiesto un deposito in contanti che non era previsto dall'annuncio. Fastidiosa la gestione dell'aria condizionata in camera, poiché priva di telecomando: bisognava ogni volta comunicare al personale in servizio l'accensione o lo spegnimento. Inoltre, due mattine l'aria condizionata è stata accesa senza che noi lo avessimo richiesto a una temperatura molto bassa! Per il clima umido è stato difficile far asciugare costumi, asciugamani ecc, anche perché la finestra dava direttamente sulla strada e non c'erano spazi per stendere le cose.

Good location, the bedding was alright and the matress too, although a little soft for my liking. 24/7 reception was helpful. Overal pretty comfortable, just a bit too high of a price seeing as the amenities are kind of poor and it's mainly about the bed.

Room had almost no natural light. Spaces to eat were pretty non-existent so I ate at the table in the room which was pretty depressing, there is a kitchen upstairs but it closes early so that was a bummer. The breakfast is really expensive so I did not get that included, could really be half the price in my opinion. There were bags of laundry in the hallway usually which was a bit unprofessional.
