Reception was funny, helpful and informative.
The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet in the morning was very delicious.

Excellent location with easy access into the city via metro 5 mins walk away. Bus and tram stops nearby also. Lots of amenities in the local area including cafes, bistro, restaurants, boulngerie etc a short walk away as well as pharmacies and supermarkets. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean overall. The bar onsite is very good and it has a lovely outdoor seating area. The local area was clean and felt safe.
There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Some of the staff members working on the bar did not know how to make a cup of tea. The room is a bit small for two people as there is not much storage space. There was hair on the bathroom walls and ceiling, so it could have been cleaner in that regard. However the room and hotel overall is very clean. There isn't a view from the window either as the hotel is right next to a busy motor way but the noise was not disruptive at all.

Breakfast was nice
During the massive heatwave in Paris I wanted a hotel room with air-condition. I messaged the hotel that i wanted a calm room with aircondition. I also paid for a king bed.
When i arrived they gave me a disabled room, with two single beds attached together, the aircondition made a very loud noise plus didnt work well.
I informed them and nothing changed since the “hotel was fully booked”.
