They need more staff working the breakfast to replenish the food. I'm glad we decided to go with the breakfast, though, since I'm not sure where else we'd go for breakfast in that area. The location was too far from the sights to see (about 30 minutes metro ride).

Location was fair, not too close to station though. The area surrounding looks messy.

The Staff didn't really seem to care too much about us. We needed to put our luggages away and they didn't even provide us with tags, seemed a bit unsafe.

Location is not Vincennes, as it is facing a market in Montreuil. The area felt rough, and we had no hot water for showers. The sofa bed was not suitable for our 15 years old daughter but could have suited an 8 year old. We only stayed one night instead of the two nights we had booked and paid for. Would definitely not go again.

Had no hot water at 9am in the morning. Reported it to the reception who said a technician will look into it later. They had no real interest in making us comfortable, just seemed like they thought I was complaining for no reason. At 11am still no hot water, spoke to the manager who promised a 20% discount from Booking.com, I still have not received an email or the money. I also had to pay a 50 euro deposit which I am now waiting to be returned. I cannot understand how a hotel runs out of hot water at 9am, I have never experienced this anywhere before nevermind a so called 4 star hotel.

I was lucky to be there, excellent hotel.

It was a little bit far from the center but since there is a metro station nearby so everything was perfect.

Plenty garbage around the hotel. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and is very narrow. The restaurant area is located in Reception area, people are constantly passing by with suitcases when you take a meal. Electricity disappeared after the breakfast, fortunately we had to leave the hotel, but if we planned to stay, the personnel advised us to change the room.

Comfortable cozy room, cleaning every day, good and polite staff. Big Careful store close to hotel.

it wasn’t that clean, in the toilet/small bathroom it was a persistent smell of urine the lobby and entry area weren’t clean also, the floors were really dirty and it created a bad impression from the start the breakfast was really poor

Forgot my cash wallet in my hotel room, one day and nobody took it, so I was very happy when I went back to the hotel room, and think that the cleaning staff are really trustworthy. Very good staff. Very clean hotel. Very good staff. Very good reception staff. Hotel highly recommended for value for money and cleaniness and the sympathy of all the staff members. WiFi is free and TV channels range of choice was also perfect for me and my kids in day and night time to relax on very comfy beds.

Heating a bit too warm on Evening. Not putting enough chocolate bags for children every day, only one per day for 3 kids was crap! 4 guests should have 4 chocolate bags every day for breakfast considering the overall price of the room. Location near hotel a bit dodgy/ unsecured in day and night times (too many drug dealers around Carrefour supermarket and Mc Donald's restaurant; and metro stations near hotel). Que fait la police? Why so many drug dealers on the open? Too many rats noticed too in Paris and Montreuil due to garbages not collected outside the hotel due to riots and strikes after 49:3 bypass law was used by French President Macron and Fr prime minister to put the age of retirement from 62 to 64 years old up to 2030. Tourists that contribute to the French economy should not have been left alone and taken into hostages by poor decisions made by French executive government and Macron. Not collecting garbages is a health and safety issue that push tourists away to other safer and cleaner countries with better city management so the garbages in the street of Paris were the worst part of our journey. Very disappointed by Anna Hidalgo and her negative response to the 1st préfet of the police of Paris for not forcing the collection of garbages. A national shame!!! Therefore political agenda should no take health safety matters away for tourists visiting the city of Paris. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel staff so an overall score of 10/10 for the hotel and its staff. Hope next time I will visit Paris, streets of Paris would be cleaner.
