Great location and easy to access. Beautiful lobby and facilities. Very very busy check in area. The staff was very nice however they had a lot of new staff who were not able to assist and only one person (very nice manager Rocio) who seemed to be the only one able to actually answer questions.
The room was very spacious. Nice bathroom and amenities.
The room AC didn't blow cold air, it was warmer than anywhere else (the hallway was significantly cooler).
The check in process could be refined, and maybe have more than one knowledgeable person at the check in.

I am a little fed up of manoeuvring around the center of Amsterdam, so tried an airport stay. I was surprised at the ease of moving in & out of town. Very easy. Spacious, quiet, comfortable room, great bathroom. Tasty food at the bar one night, great service. All in all a very comfortable stay, that I will consider again for my next trip.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location, right in the airport. Clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Looks either new or recently refurbished. Chose this hotel because we wanted to be at the airport for a morning flight. It was a bit pricey but it was a great stay. Chose to eat a late dinner at their Commune restaurant. The food and service were excellent.
All was good.

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The shower wasn’t draining properly. No bottled water. No coffee/tea station.
