Clean big rooms, had to switch room. First room was big, second room small
Toilet kept flushing, sink was blocked

Location was excellent
Extremely steep steps to enter the property, stairwells inside are very steep. It is on the expensive side for Amsterdam city center

Location was the reason I booked the stay. It is a five minute walk to most public transportation and is on a quieter street. The bed was comfy albeit a little small.
The breakfast was not worth the extra money. A couple of stale pieces of bread, dry eggs, and lunch meat. Save the money by skipping breakfast and going to an actual cafe. The fact they charge for coffee with breakfast is also bizarre.

It’s location, and staff were very helpful
Whilst reviews indicated that there were stairs, they were very steep and narrow and not conducive to carrying luggage up and down them, especially if you are older and have a large case.
