Lovely clean comfortable room. Staff very efficient and welcoming and helpful. Breakfast very good plenty of choice. This hotel right in the perfect location for exploring Haalam. Highly recommended and our choice to return next visit

In the middle of the old town and still quiet. The junior suites are spacious, but the window space varies with the storey level. Very small on upper floors.
Often one does not get the requested room (we stayed there many times, as it is convenient to the airport (AMS)), nor are the rooms ready in the early afternoon. The professionalism and kindness of the personnel varies. Breakfast is mediocre.
