The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the location was perfect for our needs, and staff were lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It’s a lovely lively hotel and is convenient to a lot of great sites in São Paulo. We stayed twice at the start and end of our trip, the staff the first time around (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day) were so kind and so friendly and really made us feel a part of everything. The staff the second time around (early January) were not as welcoming or friendly but still professional. Room service food was very tasty.
The bar in the hotel was astronomically priced compared to all the bars and restaurants that were a 10m walk from the front door (5-8x more expensive) and the service was sub-par. I had a few troubles ordering wine from room service on our second trip (language barriers) but the attendant was so kind and was working so hard for me.
