Simpatia dos funcionários e localização

Localização, limpeza, cordialidade dos funcionários e preço.

Toalhas, hotel em obras.

Location not bad.

room quite small, internet was not working at all when I arrived later got better but still very poor, I had to cancel some working meetings, even considered to change the hotel. There was not a singles glass in the room and when I asked staff for one the said that they cannot provide it. I bought one later. I am not sure if is something normal in Brazil, but to regulate the shower temperature I had to get out of the shower tray, quite peculiar to me. Breakfast could be better. And even after I left the accommodation, I am still struggling to get my requests, I am waiting for about a week to get the invoice, as it was a work trip I need to show the expenses to the company.
