The staff was really friendly and the accommodations were good.

i had problems with shower. No hot water for 3h.

rooms were never cleaned properly. only did the bed and changed towels but the room was left dirty on the floor. no change of the sheets no water in the room

The hotel is located in a nice area, the swimming pool was clean and, despite being in the middle of the city, the surroundings were very green.

The staff seemed like amateurs. At the reception already, it seemed like they didn't really care and I had to call them attention to get served, even though there was nobody else there. We asked for a cover sheet for our kids' bed (which was missing), but never got it. We ordered food in our room and it took a long time to get it. Later we went for dinner in the restaurant and someone who seemed to be general staff (not a cook) went to make the food and it was horrible. Totally dry steak (even though I asked for medium rare), disgusting risotto and generally unappetizing. I stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times before (with much better experiences), but they didn't seem to have my records, so I had to answer all the registration questions again. It is very unlikely that I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Pool, Burger and Bar

Blinds were full of holes, got too much glare in the morning, there were only two shallow pillows in the bed, no coffee facilities ( which is quite unbelievable for a hotel with this caliber), I had no remote for the aircon so I could not make it colder ( it was 35 degrees outside).

The staff was very helpful at all times. The breakfast had a nice variety of products so I could choose different things each day.

The hotel needs some serious maintenance. The flushing of the toilet worked very badly, the beds need desperately new mattresses, etc

The hotel is old, needs renovation, specially bathrooms. Pool was dirty and bed sheets had stains.

The location was great. Nice people.

The price itself and paying extra for the parking lot is sad. And there isn’t a direct access from the parking lot to the hotel. The TV was 720p.

Staff and shower were great.

-The bedsheets would not stay in place. -Pillows could have been better. -The bathroom exaustor was not working. -The room had no heating. -There was no safe in the room. -Work desk was kind of small.

Breakfast and location

Was nice, good facilities, lication perfect and a great breakfast. The extra bed did not have a douvet and a cover sheet, nothing on the fridge and parking could be included as not explained on the booking that was paid apart and value.

The location is the best, close to everything possible! The room was okay, just like expected in the pictures. Breakfast is amazing!

Staff was very kind and attentive

The hotel seems to be old. Needs a renovation and modernization. I think it was closed during the pandemic due to restrictions and maybe the owners doesn’t have resources to invest but the conditions are not good. The towels are very old, clean but dry, hard and not very white. Bathrooms needs new pieces like the toilet lids and to be very clean. There were some mold inside the showers. The door knob was working well. TV channels to be added.
