The variety of the breakfast was good compared to other hotels in Italy

Breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean, the staff was great, Ana at the front desk in particular was extremely helpful and pleasant.

The shower was VERY small

Varied and perfect breakfast. Good location is 10 minutes to train station and 5 minutes to city center. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bed & Pillow was quite comfortable, the hillside view from the balcony looked great. The hotel is close to the centre/Corso Italia Street which is a big plus.

The bathroom is a bit outdated and the shower is very small. People were waiting for the breakfast room to be opened, maybe 7am would to the trick instead of 7:30.

Everything was great! beyond our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, very spacious. the hotel located close to restaurants and to the old city (a walking distance). In case you arrive with a car- there is a free private parking lot just outside of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, Lucca and Anna were amazing! helped us to arrange a special event in the hotel. took care of everything and made us feel like we are at home. thanks for the unforgettable staying! we will definitely come back

Everyone at Hotel Leone was lovely. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast 10/10. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and can’t recommend it enough. We have stayed in a few hotels across the whole Amalfi coast and this one was exceptional. Hotel Leone is also in a great location not too far from the city centre and train/bus station.

The room is very clean, comfortable bed, air condition working well. Price is good. Location is close to city Center and 15mins walk to harbour. Specially thank you to front desk Salvatore, he was very helpful, friendly, super nice. We had a great experience staying here. Highly recommend.

I didn't go in with the highest of expectations, however the hotel was exceptionally clean. While the bathroom and some decor is a bit dated, it was very well cared for. The hotel is in a great location - a short walk from the train station (we had two large suitcases it was very doable) and a quick stroll into town - It was a quiet street. I would stay again.

The tour we booked through the hotel was not the best - we booked the grotto VIP tour... but it did not go to the grotto! We got an apology and were informed that we were one day out of season and the tour had changed. It was pretty disappointing to go to this location to see the Grotto (travelling for probably the only time from Australia) and to miss out. I would have booked something else. We got a 20 Euro refund. Also in the morning you can smell the cigarette smoke from the staff who must smoke in the breakfast area while setting up before guests come. The prices were also fairly hiked up but it was okay considering that there was not much available in sorrento.

Loved the friendly relaxed feel to the hotel which was family run. Great swimming pool and lunchtime snack bar. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

no pool despite being advised it would be open until the day we left. we arrived for a 4 night stay and the pool was green initially and then empty. no tea/coffee facilities available in the hotel (or room) except for at breakfast. no water provided in hotel room - had to buy from supermarket. I found bed uncomfortably hard (woke several times during in the night because of it). sound proofing between rooms was poor - we could hear neighbours!!

The hotel is in a perfect location and nicely tucked away from any road noise. We found the staff to be super informative & helpful and thought the bed was super comfortable in our room. The entire hotel is super clean and we really enjoyed using the swimming pool - it's lovely. The lunches that are on offer at the pool side bar are INCREDIBLE, we ended up having lunch there twice and thought it was a reasonable price. I'll add that The Aperol Spritz's & the Peroni's are also really reasonable compared to prices in town. Would definitely recommend as a good base camp for exploring Sorrento & any day trips. I thought it was good value for money.

The shower head was broken in our room which wasn't ideal as it kept falling down. There were also some building works happening - not to the hotel itself but flats/buildings surrounding the hotel which isn't really something you necessarily want to see on holiday.

Pool was fantastic. Parking was great. Location was great. Some staff were very nice and helpful. Others were opposite.

Beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Fridge in room did not work.

The hotel was spotless, they cleaned the room every day. Lovely garden to have breakfast. Our room was spacious. A 5 min walk to the beautiful town. Breakfast basic but adequate.

For some reason only a couple of tables (or none) were set for breakfast in the garden so we had to do a couple of runs before we could sit & eat, I thought this was odd. But didn’t bother us.

- The place is located 5 minutes walk from the central and wonderful Corso Italia street. - Parking is included in price. - Breakfast was fine. Has some vegetables as opposite to many other Italian hotels. - The pool seemed nice, but we hasn't used it. They even replaced the water. - The hotel was super clean! - Staff was nice. We came to Sorrento as our last destination in our honey moon vacation, but we weren't satisfied. They offered us an acceptable solution to the inconvenience.

-The elementary reason why people come to hotels is first and foremost - a bed. A bed in a place far from home. Unfortunately, the Leone hotel is lacking in this regard. The bed was just awful, an impossibly hard mattress. We couldn't sleep the first night, until we decided at 5am to go to Capri because there is no way we will fall asleep without tiring ourselves very much. While we returned, we asked to change a room or a mattress. The receptionist said there is no other mattress or room. When we couldn't accept this, he offered us to leave the hotel now/tomorrow morning and to pay only for two nights instead of the planned four nights. We decided to take this offer and left the next morning. Thank you for being agile with us on our honey moon vacation. -While sitting outside for breakfast, expect bees to attack your food. -The noise - you can hear everything from the other rooms. We heard a couple fight and phone calls, and also luggage scrolled in the corridors. There is a new building built just near the pool nowadays, so at the other night, we slept (!) But we woked up super early due to this.

Beautiful hotel! Just returned from there. Great staff! Lovely clean rooms. Great location along with good value. We were a group of women and loved sitting by pool for drinks in evening. The staff at pool was great ! Near shops and a wonderful restaurant right down the road Benvenuti in Casa.

There was nothing we did not like!
