Calista Luxury Resort

Food was great, territory is green, kids club is absolutely amazing! Clean soft sand at the beach. Service was also great and fast. Spa zone was on point as one day is was a bit colder and rainy.

Rooms feel a bit old and require refreshment, but they are also spacious and have everything you need for a stay. Separately we got a room update and got a duplex with narrow stairs, I do not recommend it for families.

So good, food is evrywhere. Good pie, drinks and food. Beach and coctail on the beach.

There is a lot of dampness in the room, which causes the bed linen and towels to smell musty. But its not big problem becouse room services in the moment fix this.

Calista delivered exactly what you’d expect from a great all-inclusive resort. Everyone was very nice, and although a hotel this size naturally feels less personal, they even followed up on WhatsApp to make sure everything was going well. We chose this kind of vacation for our 3-year-old, and she loved every minute, especially the Cali Kids Club with activities from kite flying to mask making, plus the evening theater. Resort vacations aren’t really my thing, but honestly, I can’t think of anything Calista could have done better.

I had a few nuances, but I told customer relations on whatsapp and it was all fixed from that point.
