Sehr schönes kleines Hostal, gleich um die Ecke vom Balkon Europa. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Damen in der Rezeption, geben Restauranttipps und buchen vergünstigt Taxis. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Hostal typique, accueil très sympathique, chambre et salle de bain très spacieuse, chambre décorée avec beaucoup de goût, petite terrasse privative et accès au jardin: un vrai petit paradis et cela a 150 m du centre. Je reviendrai!

It was in the perfect position close to everything from restaurants shops and the beach, the rooms were spotless and cleaned every day and beds were made every morning and there was tea making facilities.
No hot water on 3 occasions for morning shower, would have been nice to have a toaster and microwave available but wasn’t a deal breaker would stay here again.

Location is great! Very friendly and helpful owners. Great value for money. Breakfast is very basic, only sweet stuff but there are plenty of cafes nearby!
A kettle in the room would be a massive upgrade to the comfort!

Sehr schönes, einfaches Hotel in bester Lage. Personal habe ich nicht gesehen, alles automatisiert.
Obwohl Vogelgesang frühmorgens herrlich ist meinte es die Nachtigall um 4h etwas zu zu gut und trällerte uns direkt über dem Fenster ein Liedchen.

すごくコストパフォーマンスはよい。部屋はとてもきれいで、海も見える。加えて、ヨーロッパのパルコニーも5分あればいける。。また泊まりたいです。
以前の書き込みにあったのですが、レセプションはホテルの向かい側の（真向かいではなくちょっとずれて）あるので、注意。向かいを見ながら歩くと表示がちゃんとあったが私は気付かず、ホテル前で電話をしたら、「ここよぉ、あなた、見えてるわ。こっちよ」と言われて振り返ってみたら、スタッフが手を振ってくれていて、わかりました。電話に関しては事前に、着いたら電話してくださいと連絡がありました。
バス停からは少し歩く。到着時は坂を下るばかりでよいが、バス停に行く時はずっと上り坂なので、スーツケースを引っ張って歩くのは、ちょっとだけですが大変。

It is very close to the beach, great location. The woman at the reception was very helpful and considerate.

Great location! Beautiful sea view from our balcony. Would definitely stay there again and again.
The bed could use a bed topper to make it more comfortable.

The reception staff were brilliant. Room was a great size, well appointed and very clean. The location for access to the town is amazing. Car parking was very easy and the bonus was there was no charge over the weekend that we were there but this may chnge in the future.
The key pad for entry was a little fiddly although this may have been due to some operator error due to the extra bottle of wine we enjoyed at dinner!!

Location was great and staff were very helpful and check in was very easy. Seaview was great.
Unfortunately one of the single bed mattresses is very worn so my husband did not sleep at all well. The heating of the air-condition machine in the bedroom was very noisy (continuous clicking as it's an old machine) and we needed the warmth as we stayed in January and it was cold.

Room very big with tv,kettle/cups and heating. Automatic endless toilet roll roll. Very good instructions/communications for out of office hours arrival/departure.Overall a very satisfying stay.
Our rooms were on 1st floor landing and noise of staff/guests coming and going could be heard quite vividly.

Location is excellent, and close to the Balcon. The room was very clean and had a lovely hot shower. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive.
It would have been useful to have a couple more plug sockets, but this is more an observation than a criticism

Decoration for Chtistmas was fabulous
Room wasn't very nice, we had a view onto a fan and wall, beyond the Cathedral..
One robe for two people. One body lotion etc?
Love this hotel and stayed many times but to give you a room with a view like that when it's not full very disappointing.
