The hotel is very clean and the location is excellent and the room was very big
The only thing I didn’t like was you could hear next doors’s toilet flushing

Excellent location on the Plaza Espana close to all restaurants and bars. Rooms are comfortable and there is a lovely cafe downstairs. The rooftop pool was better than our expectations.
A kettle with tea and coffee in rooms would have been nice.

Great location, breakfast ok , went out for breakfast a few times , good café although floor could do with a power wash.

The location is good and the staff are excellent including the restaurant staff
My only complaint is regarding the air conditioning, despite two complaints to the front desk, each time I was told it’s working properly,on the second complaint they said that they would send someone up to look at,there was a slight improvement but it was still absolutely useless.
