Ankara HiltonSA

You really know how to operate a high end hotel. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, helpful staff. I couldn’t ask for more

Nil, all was good

I'm a frequent traveler but my stay at Hilton Ankara was really exceptional. From the moment I arrived! incredibly helpful and warm staff. The check-in process was smooth. the room was spotless, comfortable beds, well maintained and amazing view. hotel’s location made it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Breakfast was one of the highlights, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, served in a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It offered outstanding service, cleanliness and comfort. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Being greeted with a smile is standard at almost every property. But during this stay, I genuinely felt pampered. From the moment I walked in, the warmth of every staff member was palpable. The room was far more comfortable than you'd expect from a city hotel. The air quality from the climate system was truly soothing. Honestly, I didn't expect such a quiet, peaceful night's sleep in the middle of the city. Thank you to everyone who made this experience possible.

The personal care products in the bathroom could be of better quality.

Location

I chose the property as it’s a free parking facility. But at the arrival there is a valet parking with a payment. That’s a bit cheeky for a 5 star hotel with a 50 yard away open parking facility. Breakfast was pretty ordinary as well.
