It difficult to understand at Restaurants free table but you can not sit there!! Because someone outside of hotel did reservations!!! It is mean hotel restaurant is not for hotel guests!! Sheraton Hotel should think about this!!

Firstly, they upgrade my room without any charges and before my arrival. Afterwards, I would like to upgrade my room to the suite and the beloved manager Murat Bey helped us in anyways besides he ceased a cheese plate, fruite plate and a bottle of wine as well! I especially would like to thank Murat Bey's accompany during our stay as well as Mehtap Hanim's assistance according to our special needs and orders. In this respect I would like to give my huge thanks to all Sheraton, Ankara crew. It was my third stay over there and they always add-on new things for their guests. Much appreciated, thank you very much!

every thing is excellent ..i booked 2 connecting rooms they give me in smoking floor as connected room only in this floor ..they give 2 excutive sweet with same price i paid befor ..thanks for every thing
