Excellent breakfast menu and kept up well with cleaning
Staff was very nice and accommodating once we actually arrived BUT
when communicating with emails previous to arriving in trying to get another bed arrangement all I got was a big DENIED sent to me with no explanation. Not willing to work with me at all to find fix
Was close to canceling out but could not find too much else to book as there was a special event in town
Where was the hospitality in just answering DENIED!

Location. Breakfast. View of the garden and meteora pillars
Nothing I can think of.

Great breakfast, spacious room, comfortable and huge bed, convenient parking, good location, friendly staff. Overall a very nice hotel.
The hotel's open Wi-Fi did not connect in the room , at the first floor, where we stayed. As the room was close to the reception, we received the password for the Wi-Fi of the reception and it worked on the first day, but did not connect on the other two days. This is the only negative point and should definitely be improved. Other than that the hotel is great.
